This trash company offers no way to unsubscribe from their emails. I don’t know how they got my email in the first place. Even searching “unsubscribe email” on their own website yields nothing. After reading the horrible customer service reviews from other people, I’m not even going to waste my time calling.

Second day of trying to get a simple wire transfer done. Yesterday I found the branch near my home closed at 4:00 not 5:00 like most banks. I drove to the next closest location and at 4:58 the doors were locked.Today I came here close to where I am working and waited in line while a counter associate had a personal conversation for 15 minutes with a client about her credit and applying for mortgage- it was the Suntrust Associate explaining how her life situation was going- not the client. The client was there to make a money transfer between accounts.Then I was told I have to wait for Ron who is helping another client go to their safe deposit box yet they are sitting at his desk and I am told- very nicely that I should probably make an appointment. I was also told she did not know how long it would take but it would be at least 30 min. I commented about being in a hurry, this being the third Suntrust I had been to try to do a simple wire transfer. The associate I said this too said “oh no we don’t have personal conversations here”Well that’s funny because I now know more about one of your associates, her recent marriage, where it was held, her credit and getting a mortgage challenge as well as the prudent steps she is going to take to get one.It’s 2:43 - I walked into the bank at 1:55 and no sign of Ron to do my wire transfer.It has to be done today.I am so angry- I just blew up because a woman that walked in after me saying she called the police on them also got prioritized over me.The associate taking about her personal business said well I can talk when I am working with a client and tried to deny having a personal conversation. I was there - listening and patiently waiting at that point.Now Ron has offered to send me to another branch or I can wait. Why oh why would I want to go to yet another branch. I told them this is the third one and who’s to say what special treatment I would get at yet another branchThis place is ridiculous and I will be cutting my ties with this bank. I don’t mind friendliness and personal conversations- I was willing to wait my turn. I called ahead to their information line to find out how to do it and they told me to stop into a branch- Wish they would have warned me it was going to be 3 branches and hours of my time.

The staff at this location is wonderful; personable, patient, and willing to sit with you to resolve issues. I am very grateful for their help, especially Joseph. I highly recommend this branch.

I hate this bank they make me pay fees for everything, I had to go to the bank couple of times before my card wasn't working! They had to verify my identity and they couldn't do it through the phone so I had to go to the bank again in two occasions and I just opened the account less than a year ago and a lotof bad thing have happened! Now I'm trying to close it!! Hope they don't make me pay more!

I have personal and business account with Suntrust. Your teller connect in Winter Park 32789 never works. I have made numerous calls to your bank and nothibg is being done about it. Very frustrating! I have even left a message with the area manager and no return phone call. I moving my money some where else.

It would be much better to be open Saturday mornings for people who work during the day
