Tammy and her staff were Awesome! My son recently purchased a home in Longwood, FL.I live in Opelika, AL. Trying to assist remotely was challenging, but it was absolutely refreshing and calming to have a person of integrity and care working with my son as a first time homebuyer. We experienced great communication throughout the process. Tammy consistently followed up and was quite responsive to our questions. I can imagine that no one likes the daughnting amount of paperwork required to close on a property. However, the electronic document signing platform used by Waterstone Mortgage was efficient, easy to use, and made keeping up with docs and outstanding tasks manageable.
