They should probably take their storefront location OFFLINE since they only work out of a lab, and there is no physical address to pick up medicine. My cat’s prescription was sent to them on 1/21, don’t hear back from them until 1/23. I live In Orange County where they’re located and my medicine was just shipped this morning (1/30) saying it will now arrive 2/1. Banfield needs a new contract with a compounding pharmacy that will ACTUALLY allow me to pick up necessary meds within 24-48 hours. This is unacceptable. You’re putting the health of our animals at risk.

This pharmacy is incompetent. Our prescription was sitting there for a week after I called in to give the billing information without being prepared or sent out. When I called to find the status, they were not apologetic at all. Next time if I need anything compounded, I will ask the doctor’s office to send it to a different pharmacy.

My first and last experience with Taylor pharmacy. Last week I/9/24 I spoke to customer service. Woman told me they would process my dogs eye drops in 2-3 days. Gave her my address, credit card info and email. Today, 1/17/24, I receive a text to call them. After more than a 20 minute wait, I was asked if I wanted them to process my dogs prescription. I couldn't believe it. Went over the conversation from last week. Eye drops were never processed. The rep today saw my address, credit card info and email address online. She didn't know why it was never processed. Between the processing and shipping time, my dog will be out of eye drops by the time the new ones arrive. She will suffer. This is inexcusable. Don't use this pharmacy. Between the long wait times and their inemptness, it is not worth it to use this company.
Update - Taylor Pharmacy left # below to call customer service so I can be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Then I can speak to the same group that screwed up the order in the first place. No thank you. What a joke!

We get our dog’s medication compounded here in six-month batches. There have been various problems in the last 4+ orders. This one, it’s taken over 10 days to ship out and now we find out they only ship USPS ground advantage (over a week transit time) where they used to use fedex ground. The port customer service folks got an earful from me. Not using them anymore.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Every time I call, it's 90+ minutes on phone. Three times I placed order, three times there were issues. What broke the camel's back is that I placed a REFILL of an existing prescription mid December and as of today they have not filled it, stating they have a backlog. I guess I am one less person they have to worry about, because I took my business elsewhere. Such a disappointing experience! Your customers deserve better, Taylor's pharmacy!!
As a stark contrast, Pharmacy on the Park in Oviedo (where I moved my prescription), filled it NEXT day!!!

Taylors Pharmacy USED to be great, but ever since another company took over it’s been drastically awful. My cat’s prescription has consistently taken 10 days or more to fill. All they say is they’re backed up. They’ve been backed up for months now and it’s unacceptable. I’ll be going elsewhere for sure. Don’t waste your time.

They used to be my go-to place for compounding my pet's suspension medication. They were a little slow, but I was okay with that. Now their turnaround is 10 days, and they only deliver by mail. So you have to wait 10 days plus the delivery time. Unacceptable, and probably threatening to my cat's health. Another local compounding pharmacy does same day. I am done with Taylor's pharmacy.

Monday will be two weeks that we are waiting for my pet’s medicine. The wait time to get someone to answer the phone is about 40mins on average and then they answer the phone and you get disconnected. My pet is in a great need of this medicine and here we are going on into 2nd weeks and still no medicine. Why this pharmacy think this is acceptable is beyond me. Why they think a sick pet can wait two weeks for medicine is just , I have no words. I paid for it already so now I can’t go anywhere else. So I am just sitting here waiting for my pet to basically die waiting for a medication. Why my vet does business with this place is crazy .

The worse they need to hire more people. Waited 45 mins just for a refill for my wife unacceptable.

This pharmacy is not good at all! My veterinarian prescribed my dog antibiotics for a bacteria 🦠 issue my dog has and going on 3 weeks and have not received it yet! was on hold for 1 hour before I was able to speak to someone to pay for the medication the first time. And the second time I called to get an update about the medication status I was on hold for 40 minutes ridiculous! I don't understand why would my vet would do business with them, clearly they have zero cares or sense of urgency for your pets care.

Taylor's has moved to Fairbanks avenue because it has reportedly been bought. You have to park in Spatz's (a bar) parking lot a little to the west. The print on the door is impossible to read from the street & there is no overhead sign. The inside is extremely cramped, messy, and DIRTY. This is no longer the Taylor’s that we all know. Just lost two customers--my husband and me.

Service has gone downhill. Just spent 44 minutes on hold. No doubt the order will be messed up in some way because that’s been the norm lately. When we used to pick up meds (now you can’t), the people at the register were always rude as if we were a bother to them. We are looking for a new pharmacy.
