Was given ample time to test each mattress and all questions were answered .The delivery procedure was smooth and was kept up to date with delivery timing .They also do a charity and for a small fee would take your old mattress and donate it which is wholesome too.Would recommend this local store over the national chain mattress stores .Thank you.

It's rare to have a perfect shopping/delivery experience.Great from beginning to end! The sales staff was helpful but not pushy, and the firmness numbering system made selection fast and easy. I only tried out three mattresses before I found the one that was perfect for me- and at a great price.The friendly and professional delivery team removed my old mattress for recycling by a local community non-profit, and had the new one in place in less than 10 minutes.My new mattress looks and feels great-This was a 10 out of 10 shopping experience; I'm happy to recommend OMF without hesitation!

Perfect experience from start to finish. The firmness numbering system made selection fast and easy.The sales staff was helpful but not pushy. I tried out three mattresses and was sold on the third one.The delivery team was friendly and professional. They kept me updated on the delivery time, and arrived on the dot. My old mattress was wrapped up, removed, then donated to a local community non-profit organization for recycling.The new mattress was installed quickly, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.The new mattress feels great, and was surprisingly affordable- I see why they have such a high consumer rating.I recommend OMF in Winter Park without hesitation

They make the mattress in the factory behind the store. This company sells one of the only mattresses I have seen that have pillow tops on both sides so you can flip the mattress

Tami the saleslady was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The mattresses are made right on the premises and are good quality at a good price. You are given a sealed package with a cover so you can lay down and try out the mattresses for comfort. I only made my purchase yesterday and can't wait until they are delivered. I like the fact that the ones I purchased are 2 sided and can be flipped over for better wear.

Great quality at reasonable prices. Just purchased my third mattress here. Always friendly, never pushy. if you want to take it with you there is a good chance they have it in stock as this is the factory location where they make the mattresses.

We have bought mattresses and box springs in the Winter Park store over the years. The sales staff are so helpful with answers to our questions. The merchandise is so comfortable. Great quality and a wonderful shopping experience.
