Went on a Friday, 3 hours before close to get propane … “no one here that can do that … she’ll be here tomorrow”. There were 3-5 employees there and no one else can fill a propane tank?? So, I go the next day at 2pm … “she’s gone for the day”.

This place has the worst customer service and gives away your reserved truck. Don’t count on this place actually having what you reserved. Would give it negative stars if that was an option. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I called on a Wednesday and was thrown immediately to hold. They didn't even have the courtesy to say hello. I hung on hold for 30 minutes without even a single person attempting to talk to me, so I hung up. I read the previous reviews where what i thought was impatient people just not being happy, but it appears that all the reviews are true. This place has terrible employees at their front counter! The problem more than likely comes from top down. That usually means the management is worthless. Please don't support a local business like this. Find somewhere that actually wants your business and cares about you.Thanks for reading this review.

Unlike people posting just to complain, I'll given an honest review: I've rented from this location no fewer than 15 times for vans, small trucks, and big 26' ones, and bought well over 100 boxes from them in the past 9 years. Like any corporate service location, they're understaffed and extremely busy. Always allow for extra time. Just make sure you check your expectations and you'll have a positive experience. I will caution this though: regardless of what they say, check your rental contract for the vehicle mileage, gas level, mileage rate, return time, any vehicle damage, and the optional equipment you reserved (or didn't reserve!). If anything is even SLIGHTLY questionable, say something and they'll be happy to fix it. If you have an issue, ASK to speak with someone. I made the mistake of not doing this and got dinged for the gas level, mileage rate ($.40 higher than I was told), and got charged for blankets I reserved but never got. Caveat emptor: buyer beware doesn't apply just to UHaul or this location, but everywhere. You're entering in a contract, so make sure you agree with everything in it. I'll also say the community box sharing is fantastic!

People are pretty ridiculous on these reviews. This is a BUSINESS. They aren't going to talk to you on the phone when they have customers that were already waiting in front of them. It's just like waiting in a line. And I guarantee all these people stayed on hold for less than 5 minutes then kept calling. There's a nationwide call center for a reason if you can't get in contact with the actual location!

Rudest customer service. Everytime i call some rude girl immediately puts me on hold even though i just have a quick question. Should not have to be on hold for 30 mins for a simple question. It would literally take five seconds to answer my question but the d*** woman just keeps putting me on hold
