This location is terrible. I had my battery replaced by this company a few months ago on my MacBook Pro. Now randomly, my Mac gets stuck in a boot loop if it's not plugged into power. So I called the store up that did the work and told them I had moved and they explained I could take it to any UBreakIFix location and it would be covered.When I got to this store, I told them what all was going on and the response was..."It's not our problem... Its not the battery, if it was the battery, the Mac would not turn on to begin with"Which is a really strange answer, since the laptop was able to turn on back when the battery was bad the first time I had it replaced.To help you with your job in the future....Apple Computers preform system checks on long-in, in relation to power management. Several key activities are:-Power Source Detection: The system checks whether the MacBook is plugged into an AC power source or running on its battery. This information is used to adjust power management settings, such as screen brightness and processor speed scaling, to optimize battery life or performance.-Battery Health Check: If the MacBook is running on battery, the system evaluates the battery's health, including its current charge level, capacity, and overall health status. This can involve checking the number of charge cycles the battery has undergone and its current ability to hold a charge relative to its original capacity.-Energy Saver Settings-Thermal Management-Power Adapter Check-System Integrity CheckEct.It's entirely possible that during its power management check it finds an error and then get stuck in a boot loop because it does not know how to handle the error from the battery.So I find it interesting you were so confident and able to diagnose that it was not the battery... Without even touching the computer. You just jumped to that conclusion so the repair would not fall under the warranty of the previous work done.But when I asked more questions, they said they would need to get it diagnosed. I asked how long it would take because I had purchased the insurance plan the main reason was for faster service. Then they started explaining that because the other company was a franchise Store, I would have to go to that store. Long story short, the people that work at this store are incredibly unprofessional, and didn't wanna do the work or own up to their warranty or even consider helping me out with other options for time saving on the repair.

I was stuck carless because my phone unlocks my car and my screen was busted and couldnt do so via the app. I filed a claim at the At&t store across the street. Once I got to the UbreakIFix store, they went above and beyond to make sure I had my phone back well before the standard hour it generally takes for my specific repair type. Also store associates are super nice and accomadating.

Waited in line for 30 minutes with a scheduled appointment, 15 of which was after they had taken my phone in hand, asked for my password, only to be told that they didn't have the part available for me because it was reserved for someone else. The entire time I was there, I was holding a 4-month-old. I would suggest avoiding this place. If a third party scheduled an appointment for equipment they don't have available, they could save their own time and the customers by simply notifying them before arrival.

I'm the IT Manager for two companies, and our IT department has tried several repair places including Best Buy and Staples. This is BY FAR the best!Clarisa is awesome, and her team works fast. We took two laptops there that Best Buy told us would take 5 weeks and $750 to fix. Clarisa's team fixed them in 2 weeks for under $500. They did amazing work and kept us informed ever few days on the progress.I have let our IT team know to bring all laptops here for out-of-warranty repairs. Thank you!!!

Clarissa and Madison, store #137, were absolutely wonderful. They greated everyone with true and honest smiles. They were engaging and very helpful, explained everything without needing to be proded for the information. The repair was completed on the same day, which was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would take a couple days. My phone works quite well, as if nothing was ever wrong with. They young ladies did a great job and represented UBreakIFix very well.

Customer service was very amazing. The whole crew took very good care of me and my son. The crew was very knowledgeable even on old IPhones and old galaxies. We were very satisfied.

I'm never coming back. I was told the repair would take a couple weeks. My laptop repair took 3 months with barely a single update on the status of my laptop for the entire duration. Fixed, but the laptop is dead and you lost my charger. I now have to wait for who knows how long for my charger to be found. The repair tracking info never updated, except for two times when you asked me to call you back. The tracking information said "awaiting callback" even after I called back, no update; still displaying the same message. I was told on August 10th that my laptop repair was complete, but that you just needed my charger to make sure it works correctly. That worried me, because I had already given you my charger when I first brought the laptop. Then I was told that the charger was found, and that it will be powered up soon. That was August 10th- today is October 19th. Over two months passed and I heard nothing about what is going on with my laptop, and today it's returned to me with the charger missing! it to mention how two different employees told me two different stories about the charger's whereabouts. Today, you said that you don't always see the texts that I send you. How was I supposed to know that? Sometimes I got responses, sometimes I didn't. This is so upsetting and frustrating. I can't even check to make sure the laptop is fixed because it is dead! Now I'm trying to send feedback through the website, that you asked for, hoping maybe youll use it to improve future repairs but "there was an error submitting feedback". Thanks :(

Excellent service at this location. Clarissa was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress during the repair of my phone. She contacted me immediately when my phone was ready for pickup and was greeted by the friendly technician.
