Worst customer service. The lady to get rid of me say I can go chat with them online they can help me but the store cannot. I feel like because I am a guy they act like I am not spending alot of money. I went with my two daughters to get stuff for them and maybe something for me. Making it easier to go to competition because of customer service. Had to leave ASAP because of the way she spoke to me in front of my kids. I felt out of place

I have lots of health issues that leave my hair and skin in the poorest of shape. Angela gave me a wonderful haircut plus some amazing product recommendations that have changed my appearance/life. After my time with Angela, I moved over to Brittany to wax and shape my eyebrows. Again, she recommended an easy to use product to fill in my brows. I have to admit that the amount of beauty products on the market is super overwhelming for this 50+ year old. From the salon staff, brows service staff, sales staff, cashiers, and even the General Manager Amanda I was made me feel so comfortable and special. What a great job they all did to help me!!! 10/10 I would recommend the Winter Park, Florida Ulta store!! 🥰💘

I wish I could give Ulta Beauty credit card 0 STARS it’s ridiculous! I have requested multiple times for a new card because my card has been lost so the fees that are on there I can’t even tell if they’re my fees or from the person that stole it. I keep getting late fees and every time I request for a new card and never comes even though they said it’s coming in the mail. It’s absolutely a scam and do not get it. I’m telling you now it’s awful and all they wanna do is take your money and put late fees on and not try to help you resolve the issue when you have a stole I’ve called the company multiple times for help in the representatives are extremely rude and disrespectful.

I went in just looking for bronzer and saw Areial she was the best she gave me skin care advice that l so much needed and l she made up my face that l really liked.. l bought all the skin care products that she told me was needed for my skin..l am so glad l waited patient for her advice 😌

We love this store. It has the best selection. I think the employees are always super friendly. We had the most patient and helpful.associatw this time, Paola. She helped us use a gift certificate that we were having trouble redeeming. Paola is the best.

Went in for make up. I walked in and the girls up front were so rude because i asked where i could check in for my make up
Didnt get to see the process when make up was being done and was left disappointed 😕 I left there soo embarrassed. I did not tip. I looked like a clown. Roswitha was my make up artist.

Braden is one of the kindest most genuine Ulta workers I’ve ever met. He helped my best friend pick out the perfect cologne for her man. He had us laughing and made it such an enjoyable experience. He is truly awesome and made our time at Ulta awesome!!!

Patrick G is the best hairstylist EVER! I started going to him about a year or so for fantasy color and he does such an amazing job and always makes me feel and look so beautiful! Highly recommend booking with him!
