***THIS IS CRY FOR HELP, PLEASE READ AS THERE ARE MORE DETAILS TO THE STORY AND IT'S NOT MY INTENTION TO DAMAGE THE REPUTATION OF THOSE MENTIONED. I HAVE ACCEPTED AND AM DEALING WITH MY VIOLATIONS.*** I AM CRYING FOR HELP ANYWHERE I CAN GET IT, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH WHAT TO DO NEXT, CUBESMART HAS THEIR KNEE ON MY NECK, AND I AM SHORT OF BREATH, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP*****I am having the worst experience with this Storage company and their staff. Kenneth (property manager) and his assistant Alfredo decided evicted me for "urinating" in the wheel well of my car and being on the property for organizing my items in the storage, and that's on the first week moving there.I was given a notice to evict, which had no explanation of why I was being evicted. I had to find out from the duo as to why.Fast forward to now, as I am moving my things out and Kenneth knows and sees that I am moving my things out, he has decided to lock me out of my unit and reported me as trespassing to the police.As I am not trying to make matters worse, especially with my medical condition that doesn't allow me to be as functional as I used to be, but Kenneth isn't considering the fact I am trying and making the effort to move my belongings out of the property, but he has decided to hold my items hostage with intentions to sell them.These guys at the office are behaving like crooks, from the first day of signing for the unit, I could tell Kenneth and Alfredo weren't welcoming of me there as threats of evicting me were mentioned.I filled a claim for their district manager Steve to contact and fix the situation, but mentioned that Steve is the ringleader of that decision to hold my items hostage.Now I have no clothes to wear, my hygiene products, my snacks or anything I had to eat, my achievements, everything family related, my equipment to better my health has been taken by Kenneth and Alfredo.They left me for dead when I have lost so much prior to me moving there, and they're eager to take more from me "the have not", I barely make enough money to eat and I haven't had decent meal going on 2 months. And they know I am struggling.I can't afford any more losses, I need advisable help PLEASE, they locked me out for the account to go over the 6 days grace period to get more money out of me that I had spend on U-Haul truck and storage.Can someone help me please, this company is killing my life, I barely have anything left. Please someone help me from these Crooks.

Easy online rental, follow up courtesy call from staff member the next day. Easy access, great access hours, great office hours. Reasonable rent, clean facility, unit ready when arriving. This storage facility will get my high recommendation. Keep up the great work, customer service is tops!!!

My experience with Alfredo concerning my storage issues is what customer service is all about! He explained the process throughly while answering my questions honestly all the while making it a very smooth transaction and I left with a smile! Thank you again ?
