Paid insurance for fragile item which ups then broke. Costed me $800 to fix and they are refusing to pay for the cost to fix. What’s the point of insurance?! They asked me to file a claim about 8 times now- provided everything they asked for. There is no one to talk to. The corporate managers are useless. Will never mail using UPS again for anything I care about. Don’t buy the insurance!!!

They have good rates for shipping packages. The staff is very hospitable, polite, professional and patient and knowledgeable.

Manager refused customer package because he asked for receipt. He please escalate to hr because customer service was inappropriate and terrible

Of all the ups stores I use for Amazon returns, this one is consistently the most difficult. They complain about boxes, printer quality and just about anything else you can think of to avoid taking an Amazon return. It clearly has something to do with management instruction. My advice is to find another ups store that actually provides customer service.
Edit/Update: I went back in to this location 2 days ago with a friend who decided to stop there for an amazon return. An employee was nagging a customer about the quality of her brown box while trying to upsell her another….Similar scenario as I’ve seen here every time. I stand by my first review. This place is worth avoiding.

Extremely disappointed with this UPS location. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years and recently had a package sent to the wrong address. The store did nothing to help and then after paying for a second round a shipping and having to contact the new delivery center it finally made it. Just to find out 2/3 items in the package were missing. Will not be returning to this location

Every time I go the workers are polite. I am there often mailing documents for work. Both Monty and Price tend to be the ones helping me and they are always very helpful and nice!

Customer service is the worst and they charge for a piece of tape for Amazon returns box. The price of tape is per side. Biggest scam of the century. This guy called Mohant has zero customer service experience and must be not in that job. When they are making some much bucks by doing Amazon returns these greedy guys want to upcharge customers for a small piece of tape.
