2nd air package did not make it. The store blames corporate and corporate blames the store. I am out the money and they do not care. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Manager is as incompetent as anyone I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend doing any type of business at the Goldenrod/University location.

Rude staff, racist and very unprofessional. Came here just to drop off a package that already labeled and I didn’t need a receipt (all other UPS store let everyone drop off and go and no need to wait in line). But I waited in line anyway. While I was waiting in the line, i saw a staff that was just standing there and not working with anyone. She was making eye contact with me like I could go ahead and ask her, so I went ahead to ask her nicely if I can just drop it off here. But the lady was so rude. she was beckoning me and said loudly “come here come here, you’re cutting the line, you don’t see the lady in front of you. Why are you like this?(and said something else that’s rude that I can’t recall).” And her attitude was like talking to a kid with a very sarcastic tone. But I didn’t cut the line, i was just asking if they could do it or not because I saw her just standing there not working with anyone that’s why I came to ask her. She didn’t need to said something like that in front of everyone. She could just said no I need to wait. Or she could just tell me about the machine so I can scan it. I didn’t know about the scanning machine because other store doesn’t have the automatically scanning. if I would’ve known about the machine, I would just scan it from the machine. She could just tell me about the machine and that’s it. It doesn’t take much to be nice.

When I walked in Bee, Pricella and Rena were super nice and friendly. They welcomed me in and commented on how pretty my dress was. It made my day to see all those beautiful ladies there while also getting my returns handled. They are THE BEST!

I was in and out super fast! I needed to print some pages out for cheap and also I needed to return something to a store and they made everything so quick and easy and painless. The employees were also super kind :) Great experience

Great staff here! Every time I come in I am pleased with their customer service. I have noticed they have regulars they have great rapport with.

Poor customer service. Employee needs to be fired for publicly hating Latino customer because customer requested assistance in espanol couldn't speak english. The employee that humiliated customer appears to be a male Spanish American. 2/22 late afternoon. He's not made for customer service remove him asap.

I just went to this store and a customer asked if they spoke Spanish and the customer service guy humiliated him and told him because he didn't speak Spanish and told him to learn that we were in the United States, I understand his point but why humiliate him?

THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION I GO TO. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL & KIND HERE. EVEN OVER THE PHONE THEY ARE READY TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY. I'M IN A LOT. EVEN IF THE LINE IS LONG THEY NEVER RUSH YOUR TURN WITH THEM. GTREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Supremely unhelpful staff. No interest in assisting whatsoever. For basic services customers are told to figure it out themselves online at UPS.com and that their job is just to ship things that are already labeled and paid for, which is just not true. Seriously, a UPS store can’t create a UPS shipping label? And can’t sell boxes to ship items even though there are shelves of boxes and envelopes.
Update: I see that the owner has responded. Clearly there is a systemic issue with the staff at this location based on the multitude of other poor reviews. If you are really committed to providing world-class service, I would suggest devoting much more time to employee training and customer service improvement.
