I dated a document enlarged and laminated this morning. It was not possible to do it the way I wanted. I was waited on by Guillermo Favig and he said “I got this”. He made the extra effort to make everything perfect and definitely made my day. I thank him so much.

My transaction went smoothly but apparently the employees at this UPS store don’t know how to ship posters. I brought a handful of posters to ship in two separate deliveries. The employee packaged both orders incorrectly and when they both arrived, my posters were bent or dented because they apparently don’t know what packaging to use for something that’s paper thin. Really annoying

The customer service is phenomenal! Luis has helped me every-time I’ve had to mail out packages for the business I work for. He makes it super easy and very enjoyable along with his coworkers. :)

The staff at this specific location were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided exemplary service, were very kind, and I witnessed them provide the same for other customers as well. This was a far cry from the staff at the UPS store I normally go to in the Publix plaza at Tuskawilla Rd. & Red Bug Lake Rd. Those folks need to make notes from this store! Bravo!

I didn't want to use UPS because my history with them is strained at best, but I didn't have much choice for a time-sensitive problem. The lady with the black and green hair was super kind and super helpful, and helped me more than she probably needed to. There's been a good change between when I used to come to these stores and now. I look forward to coming in to this location more often, even if it is a little out of the way from the FedEx store I was going to. It's worth it, just to be able to interact with employees who genuinely want to help. I kind of feel like people at some of the other places are snobs. I think a lot of people only leave reviews when they have had a bad experience, so I wanted to post my good one, especially since it has been far different from my NORMAL experience with the UPS service...

I wish I can do zero! The way I was treated the other day was unacceptable I often go to this store and got done notarized papers as well and was never treated this way I was always treated with respect and kindness! I went in Thursday to have letter I wrote notarized and I met this women and I explained to her what I needed and she said I can’t notarized this and I asked why and what she was saying did not make sense to me so I told her there is no reason why this can’t be notarized and she started rolling her eyes and and taking a deep breaths and just being so rude it is not what say sometimes it is our body language and she started talking to another person so nicely showing me she can be but not for peopleWho look like me I know it had everything to do with me wearing head scarf and being different! I thought about leaving this alone but this has to be said this is completely of course wrong and I really hope this women is trained again to be accepting of others who don’t look like her! She did not want to do her job!

I went to this store to make a return and the person who attends today 06/28/23 at 6:35 pm and the man who is in front of customer service did not attend me as he should have and had a racist act for not knowing English made a big problem. I do not recommend this store or its staff as it is racist. bad attention. He did not want to provide me with the service that I needed nor did he give me any help even though he knew how to speak Spanish. I don't understand how there are people working in front of a store where customer service is necessary

Very disappointed! I came in to get a 5-page document scanned and emailed to me. What I got, was two separate documents. The first one had pages 1, 3, and 5. The other one had the back pages 2 and 4. I asked if I can the pages in the order in one document, but the employee got annoyed and said she can not do that. Then, she said, if I want to, I can rearrange everything by myself at home. I was polite but her attitude was frustrating. Overall, a ridiculous customer service. Definitely not using UPS again!

This store uses shady business practices, when returning a sealed box from Amazon I was charged for bubble wrap envelope because the incompetent employee behind the counter read "customer packed" on the return label. It was a sealed box unopened being returned to Amazon in the original packaging. They lost my business will be going to other locations.
