I called the 800 customer service number this morning, 10/16, because I couldn't reach this branch. My problem was that it's very hard to unlock the lockbox for packages that won't fit in the mailbox. Coincidentally, I received a package this afternoon and my carrier brought it to my door. Also, this afternoon, I received a phone call from Marissa at this branch. She was calling to resolve my lock problem. That's really fast customer service from Marissa and the carrier.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Horrible hours of operation. Even if you come when they are "open" no one is there, despite a completely full parking lot. No one answers the service bell. No one answers the phone. Incredibly frustrating.

The post office annex is honestly really awful. They don’t answer the phone ever, and even when a package says “hold for pickup” with a phone number, they just never call you to let you know it’s there. I have had orders of live feeder insects delivered there and, more than once, I didn’t receive a call for over a week after and when I finally received them, they were all dead. So unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of anyone. I called 5 times in a row trying to ask about my package that is supposed to be held there for pickup, and the line rang for 3.5-4 minutes each time before the line went dead with no answer. And, when you go in to pick up a package, expect to wait an excessive amount of time to be helped. If I could avoid using this postal facility at all, I would.

No issues at all picking up my news keys it was very easy nice guy at the window took all of 2 minutes

Lazy! I scheduled a pick up for 1/25/23 and I put the flag up on my mailbox and even leave a note that hangs down, clearly visible so they can see it that says I have a scheduled pick up at my front door. Mail was delivered, flag was left up and my packages are still at my front door. Scheduled another pick up for 1/26/23… and agin, I did the same as above and once again, my mail was delivered, flag was left up, and packages are still at my front door. Even when I leave outgoing mail in my mailbox with the flag up… if I don’t get any mail that day, the mail carrier just drives past my mailbox and does not pick up my outgoing mail. Very frustrated with mail delivery/pickup over the past serval weeks. Not sure what is going on, other than laziness.

I've called three times and have been just left hanging each time. It goes on for so long, finally, it picks up and I am immediately hung up on. I need my mailbox key, I have missing packages, and I can't even get in contact with these people. It would take ONE nice person working there to bring any kind of change to these reviews and their service and it seems there isn't even a single one. How is that even possible- your job is to pick up a phone. It's beyond easy

These people are horrible. They tell you they are open and closed between certain times and they close early. You can't get anyone on the phone ever. These people are the reason people think government employees are lazy. They're horrible. They've delivered my mail to the wrong address multiple time. They don't apologize and they don't care about quality or customer service. This I very disappointing. I would have never thought that this is how The United States Postal Service conducts itself.

My mailbox lock broke and I came here not knowing I need to go to the main office but the woman at the window was super helpful and not annoyed at all by all the questions I had for her. When I returned to pick up my new key the gentleman who was at the window was just as helpful and kind. Thanks for making it a seem less experience.

I placed a package in their drop box about 3 weeks ago and it had never been scanned in. The business I was returning to has now charged me again for these items for “not returning them”. I’ve had nothing but negative interactions with staff members, and multiple lost packages now.

Wasn’t home during a signature required delivery. Blocked off my schedule for the next day after submitting an online redelivery request (for that day). Two days later, no update on the tracking, no delivery, nothing. The tracking doesn’t even show that it was scanned back after out for delivery, so now I’m just wondering if my carrier stole it.
