CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you've ever had issues with your phone/plan you know what a pain it can be sometimes to deal with your provider. Rahiem and David went ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of me! I had an issue that wasn't even their fault but they both spent countless hours investigating and troubleshoot the problem until it was resolved! I lost my phone two weeks ago. I was hysterical. I walked into Verizon in Winter Park and met Rahiem Williams. He was professional, calm, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m so grateful because I was totally grieving over my phone.Rahiem reassured me that everything will be ok but I must go through the process. It’s been a painful waiting period to have Apple restore my iCloud but thank God for Rahiem Williams. He is Verizon’s best asset!!!!Thank you,Rahiem

I had a very good experience with Philip Kramer yesterday when I purchased a new iPhone and Apple Watch. Philip was very professional and I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in detail to me as I'm not the most tech savvy person. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Josh is the best! He is so helpful and really wants his customers to get the best deal. He is also happy to explain things in depth to ensure his customers understand the entire process! I will not be going to any other verizon store, this is the best! :)

Ordered a data plan through Verizon and had a ridiculous amount of issues getting it set up so I finally was told to go to this store. My problem was seemingly resolved, but I just reviewed my bill and the guy added a second line to my plan!! And added wireless protection for $20 per month on both lines! My bill has more than doubled!! Now I have to call Verizon AGAIN to resolve!!
