My husband came to the edge of the dressing room, because I was trying on pants— no top. A black female associate started yelling at him to get out. Mind you there were NO other women in the dressing room. I put back my $750 worth of clothes and we left. Lost a sale to an aggressive, attitude-filled woman.

I love visiting this store. Everything is well organized and the staff are very attentive. Multiple staff members asked me if I needed assistance and went as far as to check if styles were in my size when I inquired.
The layout and bright lighting of the store make it inviting. When I shop at Versona, I always find timeless professional pieces that last me for years at an affordable price.

I love this store in Jacksonville but was disappointed by this location. It was disorganized, full of open spaces needing to be restocked. It has a sterile feel and the staff were off in a corner chatting. I needed to go find them and ask if they'd come to the cash register so I could make my purchases.

I love this store! When I used to work in Winter Park, I would come at least once a week. They have the best selection of beautiful clothes! I love their variety of accessories and their sales are amazing! I went in this evening with my baby girl to show her one of my favorite stores! The girls were so sweet and were playing with her! I ended up leaving with two dresses and a cute sweater poncho for my aunt. I really bought it just in case she didn't want it! Haha! I love this store and wish they would open another on the east side, but when you're with the area, please go! You will leave with the cutest items!
