Terrible service.Staff does not know how to enter prescriptions called in by doctors and make mistakes often by refilling them for 30 days instead of 90 days as sent by the physician.They also delay fulfilling prescriptions by 3 days or more, giving conflicting reasons for doing this. They delay patient care with these mistakes and take zero accountability.Pls go to the Walgreens at WP hospital instead, no one should work like this when it comes to health care.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy tech and pharmacist. They are out to take advantage of every customer. As you can see from the photo below the first time I got my script of ondansetron the tech mentioned there were no other options and made me pay 84.51. When I went to a different location for a refill they gave me the generic option for 5.00. This location should not be your first option for prescriptions.

This review is solely regarding the Labcorp services on-site. What an easy process! Especially considering it involves peeing in a cup for total strangers. I'd received my paperwork for drug screening and decided to stop by this Howell Branch location early Monday morning and left completely satisfied with the overall experience. No appointment required, though the option to schedule online is available. Check-in is done via kiosk and using your driver's license. Fill in some basic info and, like magic, a technician pops out of a room and you're on your way to the loo, Boo. The team here is no-nonsense, professional, and efficient. If I was there for more than 15 minutes, I'd be surprised. So glad such a weird, but legally required, process was handled by professionals. Outside the ladies room, that is.

I don't usually review your everyday Walgreens, but stopping in to this location fairly frequently as it's next door to my dance studio, I have to say in terms of front end staff (I don't use the pharmacy here or anything to that extent). Its almost always the same person at check out and she's friendly, fast and efficient. I can't complain at all and the store is usually well stocked and clean.

I was having trouble getting my prescription filled with my new insurance card. It was getting close to closing time and I needed my medication. After going to three separate pharmacies which could not help me, I tried this Walgreens. Mr. Alberts, the pharmacy manager took my prescription at 10 'til close and found me a discount that was even less than what my insurance price would have been. He took my health care needs seriously and, even though it was so close to closing time, he quickly filled my prescription. I was very impressed to find such an "old fashioned" pharmacy feel at a modern Walgreens. Mr. Albert's is a compassionate man and certainly puts his customers' needs first!

I made an appointment online for 9am. I arrived at 8:55am and checked in at the kiosk. At 9:55am I was still waiting while several people were going back and I then told the tech that I had an appointment at 9am. She claimed that she could not find my appointment. She said to hold on and she would get back to me. Another gentleman came and claimed that he had an appointment at 9:15am. She also could not find his appointment, but she saw him next. Same situation with another female who's appointment was at 9:45am. She also saw her before me. I inquired again about my appt and she said the other tech would see me. I am black and the other people she saw before me were white. I cannot help but think that my skin color had something to do with the tech dismissing me. I will never again go to that location. I do not give my business to companies that discriminate.
