Second time using this pharmacy, but so far I've been super impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Today George went above and beyond helping me get my prescription filled after my doctor had sent it to my old pharmacy. Got everything cleared up and I only had to wait a few minutes.

I went to a pharmacy near this one where i sent my prescription but they wanted to charge me $104 for ear drop and $19 for some antibiotics because my insurance didn’t cover it. I sent my prescription to Walgreens and they not only take my insurance but they were able to give me a coupon! I really appreciate Shae and all his help, he was very understanding and quick! Would recommend this walgreens.

The pharmacy staff went out of their way to get my prescriptions filled. They were friendly and encouraging when I needed it.

The pharmacy just decides to close on random days outside of their posted hours with no explanation and no advanced warning. I don't understand how a location that provides life-saving medication to people is allowed to close unannounced. This is the second time this has happened to me now at this location. Find a different pharmacy.

We are in our 60's and the Walgreens in Winter Park (store 10951) will not let my husband purchase wine without me showing my ID along with his ID. I didn't have my purse/ID and the clerk told us she would NOT sell him wine without me ALSO showing my ID. The manager told us that was Walgreens company policy that EVERYONE in the party show legal ID for any alcohol purchase. We left the store without a purchase, we also left all our drug store purchases behind (a $60 lost sale) The MOD Kevin told us that ZULY Perez has enforced this policy. We have been to many other Walgreens and this has NEVER been requested, we were told this is NOT Walgreens policy. This will need to be straited out or we will NEVER SHOP THIS OR WALGREENS AGAIN.

Told me they could get the brand of medicine when I called twice the day Before. Next day Went and dropped off the paper. I asked them to leave a voicemail when they called, they did not. I tried to call back twice and was on hold forever and could not reach anyone. When I finally get through to someone Then they tell me they don’t have the brand and close in 30 minutes and are closed the next day. So I had to rush over to get my paper script within 20 minutes before they closed! Terrible service. I will stick with Publix!

Very rude pharmacy employee, an Indian looking lady with one of the worst attitudes and customer service I have experienced.Instead of apologizing for being incompetent in their job and inconveniencing me, she felt the need to question my Intergrity.
