This is the slowest Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. I have used this location for several years and not once has the service increased. It has decreased tremendously. Once my prescription is called in by the doctor, it takes at least two weeks and several calls to get. The team does not read notes in the account or online submissions. There’s always at least three people on hold before you when you call, there are always lines and people waiting. It appears this location receives so much business that it needs to increase its staffing needs. I’m actually upset that I am continuously out of migraine meds because this location is poorly managed. At my next doctors visit, I will have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. Please add staffing or training here.

Good afternoon to management of this store that I have visited multiple times in prescriptions , shopping etc.
I wasn't greeted when I walked in,( but that's not hard to fix), however when I came to the register to check out I had to initiate the greeting, (he did ask did I have a number) which I put in.
The kicker for me was while I was tapping my card to pay he was on his phone( not talking but just on it) nothing else was said NOTHING
( terrible customer service )please look at your cameras approximately 4:47pm Sunday Oct 5th and used that video during your hiring training (as to what NOT to do) in a customer service position. I live in Winter Park and may visit again I hope I encounter a better customer experience next time.

The wait here has gotten pretty ridiculous. Im assuming they are understaffed. Anytime I go whether it's in the store or in the drive thru there's always a long line. I've waited as long as 45 minutes. 😵💫

On Christmas, my dog needed his seizure medication that had run out because I miscounted the days he had left. This location filled it no problem within 30 minutes.
Have been going to this location since, and they’ve been always good to me and my pup.

The technician that helped me to order my prescription was very efficient, kind, and helpful. Her can do attitude helped turn my day around. Great service.

This Walgreens is really nice; I always go there for the sales. This Walgreens is always well organized , and very clean. There's always one employee that stands out at every store ; her name is Jessica. Jessica is an amazing caring human being. I needed to print some pictures for my daughter on mother's day, and needed her help because I' m not good with technology, and I have problems with my eyesight. Jessica has a lot of patience; I called her so many times. She helped me with all the care in the world til the end. I wish there were more people like Jessica,I left Walgreens very happy.

Says they open at 9 but its 9:20 and they are not open. They seem to be unable to fill prescriptions that have been sent to them multiple times

Used this pharmacy for years because of its convenient location and hours but it has turned into a nightmare over the last few years leading us to go a different direction. Understaffed, constant mistakes, if you ask them to contact your provider they never do, one time they chose not to fill a prescription because they thought I couldn't afford it without even reaching out to me. Now I've been told by our new pharmacy that transferring scripts from this location is impossible because they hang up when they get calls from other pharmacies (which has to break some sort of regulation). Even worse, they are STILL trying to refill my prescriptions and I am waiting on a 10 minute hold just to ask them to leave me and my insurer alone. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

I know the pharmacy is overwhelmed and under worked but the wait times are crazy and the pharmacists aren’t paying attention to the personal information they’re sharing or showing to everyone in store.

This is without a doubt the worst, most unhelpful pharmacy in all of Winter Park and Orlando. They take hours to fill prescriptions, and even when their automated system claims your prescription is ready, it usually is not when you actually go there. The pharmacists and technicians are rude and extremely unhelpful, acting as though you are at fault. As an example, I just went to pick up a Tamiflu prescription for my 8 year old and his siblings that had been called in 3 hours prior. The automated system said it was ready when I called. When I showed up, I was told it wasn’t ready. When I said the system said it was, she went to speak with a pharmacist and said they were out of Tamiflu but could order some and that it might be ready tomorrow. I asked if she was able to help identify if other Walgreens locations nearby had any Tamiflu. She said she couldn’t and I’d have to call myself. I left, and I called another one further down Aloma. The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude and said his order was short and he didn’t have any. Again, totally unhelpful and uncaring. I am done with Walgreens and will be switching to Publix at our kids’ pediatrician. They cannot even do the most basic job of a pharmacy, which is to provide medicine in a timely manner, and they are also extremely rude and uncaring.
