Really want to like this pharmacy location because it's so close to my home however they are rude and inefficient. They are not nice to my children when we get them vaccinated and have many times told us our vaccines are not covered. Miraculously, if we ask then to look again, they are. Lots of rolling eyes etc. I know they are overworked and possibly underpaid but I want them to be cordial.

had some questions about prescriptions today and a miss Valery heard me out and tried to resolve it offered to call me back when she did as to not have to wait on the phone in the mean time . she called me back afterwards with good news tht she resolved mf insurance issue which I am very thankful for !! thank you miss val

I am one of those who are extremely sensitive to changes in generics and when I brought it up with a crew member taking care of me, she made sure to mention it to the pharmacist there. It is now put on my record there that I can only take one particular manufacturer of a few generic medications. They didn’t require that my doctor put in a “DAW”. They just make sure to order it and I know that they don’t have to. I appreciate the crew and pharmacist. The entire crew seem competent and understanding. Everyone is always patient and understanding. The pharmacist is always welll informative.

This location takes so long to to process customers it makes me want to leave and it even pick up my medicine. Easily a 30 min wait every time.

Lack of communication, seems I get new information every time they don’t have meds ready. Tell me is back order, then come back just to tell me something else why they don’t have.

I was told curbside pick up of medicine would be at the photo counter. That is ridiculous. Lot of staff hide inside and present at the photo counter. press bell for help also no use. A black lady appeared to give rude reply. Why walgreen management never pay attention on staff recruitment and their attitude. No staff wear badge to show their name or identity. Real shame on the management.

One of the worst managers ever! My son found an open toy and I asked her if we could buy it.. she said she will throw it away! Instead of giving us any discount. Super super super rude female manager!

My comment is actually for the Coca Cola delivery guy who was delivering there. He saw that I was buying multiple packs of Coke and carried it to my car and put it in. His gesture and warm, friendly manner made my day a little brighter. Hoping someone from Walgreens reads this and let's him know. Thank you

I dropped off a prescription with my insurance card. The pharmacist told me that my prescription would be ready in 2 hours. I am from out of town, and I was only staying in town to get my prescription filled because I have a serious eye infection that needs medication as soon as possible. After I delayed my 7 hour trip home by 2 hours, I received an automated call that advised my prescription was ready. I returned to the pharmacy, and the pharmacist told me he did not have one of my medications. He proceeded to tell me that they did not accept my insurance, even though their website indicated they accepted my insurance. I asked why I was not notified of this earlier, and he said they did not have my phone number. I reminded him that I gave him my phone number and I even recieved a call from the pharmacy that told me my prescription was ready, but he continued to tell me that he was unable to noify me via telephone. I spoke with the manager, and he told me that they incorrectly wrote my birth date in their system, despite having my driver's license in hand when they put me in their system. They never apologized or tried to assist me further. I left without my medication, and due to my trip home, I will not be able to medicate my eye until tomorrow.

They came into the hospital and gave me a $10 co-pay card so I would choose to use a specific medication and then when it came time to fill that medication they refused to honor the co-pay card and wanted to charge me over $400. I will never use Walgreens again
