I want to do the wire transfer but the guy look like Indian came out , the way he look the clients not friendly , he doesn’t want to help me when I said I don’t have the swift code of the bank I want to send the money to , but last time I went to different locations on Aloma ave the lady worked there try the best to help me , I never go back to this bank so bad

I went by drive through to cash check for a emergency on Saturday 10 min before 12:00pm and the teller tell me she can’t do it because the lobby is closed already, and for the amount I need to be inside, I ask to speak with the manager, I wait 10 min and “Mrs.Lora” no even let me tell her my situation and tell me come back Monday. I don’t know how mrs Lora have a branch manager position with that Customer service.

Im making a point to write review, because usually people only feel the need to write a review if it's about a bad experience. I'm a big advocate for how you treat people and good customer service, period. I stopped in today at this location to make a transaction via face to face interaction, and the young lady who helped me was so sweet and helpful. She had a genuine smile on her face and made my visit super quick and easy. Considering I had just left somewhere else where the lady who had helped me was kind of rude, it was refreshing to have someone so pleasant. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work!

I usually go to the Waterford branch, but I've been coming here because it's on the way to work, and is actually pretty quick, I've been coming here for a while and it's never too busy,so The wait time is a lot more bearable than most other locations, The tellers are also very friendly.
