Went in to see if i could take money out. Saw they had charged me overdraft fee. This account has overdraft protection. The teller told me that her manager was eating and it would be 15 minutes to get help. This was at 1215. 1233 im still sitting here waiting.

Simply awful. There is usually only one person to help with mayor account issues. It took over an hour to remove someone from the account . 4 days later we info back to the bank to request the debit card and make sure the people were removed from the account . The bankers answer is Wells Fargo has a glitch in the system and the paperwork is delayed ? Really . A week later the previously DE-authorized person logs into the account and takes the money. This is outrageous . Wells Fargo never again .

Went into this bank last week to ask a few questions about opening a checking account. Person I spoke to knew very little (hard to believe this guy actually worked there). I did need to to know the cost of opening a safe box. He did not know the cost. I gave him my email to contact me. Two days later no reply. Not very impressive, but many other banks!

I'm surprised this place doesn't have better overall reviews. We went at noon yesterday, there was no wait. The person at the counter was the friendliest teller we've met. She was warm, pleasant and helpful. As with any financial businesses, everything takes time. They need to verify information-- it's good that they're taking their time for this process so not just anyone can walk out the door with your money!! We were there 10 minutes and was done. There is a small parking lot in the back (side?).

I have never had any problems with Wells Fargo until I went to this branch. I went through the drive through to deposit a check into my account. I gave them my joint debit card plus my ID and asked if they could deposit the check into my personal checking account and how much money would be available right then (sometimes they only deposit a partial amount and do the rest the following day) - The lady doesn't answer my question and just deposits it into my account. I get the receipt and noticed after I left that she had deposited the money into the other person's checking account, not mine. So there's no way to get that money until they get home from work. I called the branch back and told them about the error so the woman puts me through to the person who messed up in the first place so she could credit my account, which isn't what I wanted or asked for. I hung up and wrote this instead. Lesson learned. Make sure they deposit your money into the correct accounts before you leave.

I pretty much go to this location because it's the closest one to my house. I've never been overwhelmed by the customer service at this location. Maybe it's because I'm used to a small town Wells Fargo where people were a lot friendlier and the lines were shorter, but I feel like I often end up waiting at this location or having to make an appointment just to see a banker. The other day I made an appointment online and put the reason for my appointment in the notes section of the online form, then still got a call asking me what the reason for my appointment was ... why put that on the form, Wells Fargo, if you're not going to let the customer service agent actually read it? (The teller told me they didn't see the reason I had written down, which makes no sense.) Then once I came in and filled out paperwork and drove back home, I got a call that the customer service agent had forgotten to have me sign some things and could I come back in? Luckily I was able to and wasn't on my way elsewhere! But that was still annoying and could have been avoided.

At my husband urging I was going to switch to Wells Fargo for my banking. After I signed all papers is when they told me for them to move money from my savings/overdraft protection account they would charge me 15$. I get this service fir free at PNC as well as free checks. The worse thing is they have screwed with my SS deposit for October and November. I will never use them again.

This is actually not my bank, but my dad's. I've been here twice and both times the staff went out of their way to help me. In fact, Zeke is a total treasure. They know how to do customer service. If I need to change banks, this is where I'm headed!
