Went in to see if i could take money out. Saw they had charged me overdraft fee. This account has overdraft protection. The teller told me that her manager was eating and it would be 15 minutes to get help. This was at 1215. 1233 im still sitting here waiting.

I will be honest, I wasn't a fan of this branch location.Until I met Ms.SOPHIA, who has been taking care of my recent transactions. She is so genuine, kind, and easy to talk to. And makes sure I am taken care of everytime I walk in that bank. You just can't find amazing people like her anymore. Thank you so much Sophia!May God Bless her 24 hrs a day , 7 days a week, 375 days a year!

They are not interested in helping. We waited -15 mins for the banker to show up and open two accounts. When she showed up, she said it will take an hour to do it and she can’t finish it before the end of business. Then I asked if she can open one of them, she still didn’t do it.

Hanny was very helpful. She took the time to discuss things with me in laymen terms so I could make informed decisions. Thank you!

Alben is the reason I won’t be returning nor recommending this location. My sister called to make an appointment for both of us to have documents notarized. When we first arrive, he writes information down my sister’s information in the notary journal and puts it away then examines her paper and sees that it doesn’t need to be notarized just filled out by a banker. He proceeds to say in the rudest tone possible that it doesn’t require a notary. My sister says okay. He then proceeds in that same tone to say I guess I can fill it out. He makes a comment about the lack of notary assistance again as if that’s relevant considering he’s a banker as well. I had told him that I had my identification and document as well. He finishes filling out the paper and sits there waiting for us to leave despite the fact that I have my paperwork out. I can see where his attitude of not wanting to work is going so I pack my paperwork quietly and tell my sister that we should go home. It should be noted that we were not rude to him in the slightest. She refuses and asks him to confirm that she called for both of us. And he acts like that’s the first time he’s heard of it. Then he reluctantly grabs my paperwork and identification then waits for me to fill it out which he pointed out rudely that I should do. He then stamps it. And does NOT document it in his NOTARY JOURNAL. I feel very uncomfortable even considering using his stamp since I have gone to countless notaries before and they have never acted like this nor failed to document the signature. We came in completely prepared as well. We had our documents and multiple forms of identification with us. So now I have to go to another notary so they can properly do their job and document it. So thank you to Alben for not only being rude but wasting my time.

Simply awful. There is usually only one person to help with mayor account issues. It took over an hour to remove someone from the account . 4 days later we info back to the bank to request the debit card and make sure the people were removed from the account . The bankers answer is Wells Fargo has a glitch in the system and the paperwork is delayed ? Really . A week later the previously DE-authorized person logs into the account and takes the money. This is outrageous . Wells Fargo never again .

Charging an employee of one of their clients $7 to cash a paycheck it's just too greedy for words. But of course all the other greedy and scrupulous Behavior the Wells Fargo bank has engaged in in recent years I guess this pales in comparison.

Personal banker, Diana Ortiz, thinks that people who have disabilities should just "get over it." Eyes rolling and sighs under her breath accompanying those exact words. And the worst part is, her general manager stood beside her, listened & watched her behavior, and said nothing to correct her or address the obvious insult presented. Closed mindedness of this sort cannot be tolerated in today's society.
