The apartments are in terrible condition, infested with rodents and roaches. The air conditioning was finally repaired months before I moved out. My neighbors were smoking weed inside their apartment, and the smell was coming into my unit through the AC vent. They also did it by the doorsteps so couldn't even enjoy the outdoors. Despite many complaints, management did nothing to address the issues. You truly get what you pay for here.

Never had this many roaches in my life. Cracks and spaces in between the walls. Leaves room for bugs to just come through like it's part of their route. Yes bugs not just roaches. The pest control they hire are bogus and so are the apartments. Avoid this place if you can. You most likely can because the rent is average not even affordable anymore.

Sad to say I didn't have a good experience. Which is sad because the manager Lisa is extremely nice. My neighbors were awful and prejudice complain for every little thing. If you are Spanish, you will love it here. I did not know that this was considered housing authority until it was time to move in, because my rent was market value. So the rules are very intense n if your neighbor is noisy, they will tell every week. I'm a nursing student barely home and they still complained. The office assistant is very rude and nasty!!!This is how prejudice they are. My mom passed away in May. It was raining one night, so I placed her Peace Lily's in the public garden area for water. In an hour @10p my neighbor came out to move the plants to my door and left a note. My camera caught it!

The pool, gym, and "office" have been off limits to residents for a year and a half "Due to Covid". The grounds are pretty well maintained and feels safe. If you ever need to move out, do not count on ever seeing your security deposit again. They will put you in a never ending loop of excuses, half truths and blame on the "corporate office". This is a nice property in a great area that is run horribly.

I've been living here since 2014 and have found WPO to be a wonderful community of people. The grounds are always kept clean, the apartments are spacious, and the over-all living experience is rather quite neighborly and warm. Maintenance seems to have improved with the new management, and the over-all ambiance is friendly, safe and welcoming. Office management is friendly, helpful and courteous [the new management].

I used to live there in 2006 and really liked it and the location. I am currently living out of state and am looking to head back down there soon and really want to check them out again! Very affordable.

My mom lives here and they treat her very well. Its affordable amd they always fix what she needs in a timely manner
