I would like to thanks Riley for taking care of me! He literally changed the battery of my car in 2 min, explained to me why the battery needed to be changed in detail and how it was affecting the performance of my car. ??????

First purchase was to buy a car battery. Had to return 2 days later to get the core refund. While standing in line with my dead battery, I looked at my receipt to see I was charged for some connector/protector for the battery terminals. I didn't purchase these things for $3.99! So I asked the cashier why and he went to go talk to the manager. He came back and didn't say anything....just started to do the return on the register. He then handed me the return receipt and I quickly looked at it. I see that he did return the $3.99 item along with the core refund. I asked him for my original receipt and he told me no....that I can't have it. That receipt was my proof of purchase for the battery that has a 3 yr warranty. I asked for it again and explained that and he said no again! This is when the manager walked up and took it from his hand and handed it to me. He had some attitude towards her saying that I didn't need it. This cashier was rude and there was no way this is the first time. I will not be back to this store ever!!! First guy tries to rip me off and the second guy wants to keep MY receipt! Will never be back!

I just came back from this location of Advanced and dealing with Chris and I am the happiest old woman in Casselberry. I bought a used car in February and about a month ago the battery started dying on me. After the 8 or 9 boost the guy from PopALock told me to go to Advanced because the battery was less than a year old and was still under warranty. I made the mistake of going to the Advanced on 17-92. Where they told me there was nothing they could do because I did not buy the battery. Thank God that today I decided to call the Winter springs location.Not only was Chris exceptionally but I got a brand new battery with a 2 year warranty. Thank you Chris and Thank you Advanced.

They trickle charged my car battery at no cost to me. Saved me about $200. I didn’t even know that was an option. Very appreciative

I get coming into an establishment right before closing. But this isn't a restaurant. I received a ticket for a tag light. So I came to this parts store stating they close at 9. Here I am in the parking lot at 848 with the door locked and they don't even look my way. I am just simply trying to get a tag light. Don't state you close at 9 when doors are locked over ten mins beforehand.
