Dans and Myles helped me and my family stayed after close and were extremely helpful, caring, comforting, helped answer ever question super respectful. Great representatives of their company made me feel cared about, learned all my family members names, gave us all the information we needed and helped us get the best deal for our family. 11/10 Couldn’t recommend Myles and Dans more!

Myles and Dan took incredible care of us. We (a family of five) came in at 6:30pm and all wanted an upgrade. They were patient, kind, courteous, and generous to us. I highly recommend them and this store!!!

Went to upgrade my line from old Samsung galaxy to the new s23 galaxy on Saturday 6/24/23. I left with no cell phone service and additional line. I was told once phone is finished updating it will work as it should and have all my data transfered over. I went on travel for my job so i had no time to fix issue until i got back yesterday. I understand that ATT employees at these stores work off commission. Sneaking on an additional line without my consent is not how ATT employees should gain commission. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years and i do not wish to continue my service here.

This at&t store is the best especially with the new staff they have in there. As far as authorized retailers go I have always had problems but this particular store is an outlier, they are very helpful and friendly and I personally have never had a problem here. Thanks guys! Keep it up.

I was a First-net account holder first and was paying overpriced amount but after switching it to the regular plan in a whole family plan , now everything looks smooth. John is really a great person helped even after hours one day staying more than an hour to do all the needed work up. He is calm and very well explanatory guy. I will give highest ratings in all customer services aspect.Thanks AT&T winter springs for the best customer satisfaction experience

I visited this AT&T store location and I’m glad that I did.Mr. John who is sales rep there helped me to setup the new account with the new numbers and porting some from different carrier and he is amazing and know his job very well.Treating the customer with respect and listen carefully for their questions and resolve it.Highly recommend this AT&T store for any of your queries related to AT&T.

Went to AT&T 4-5 months ago to get a new mobile line, the associate I dealt with Abner was extremely unprofessional, incompetent and come to find out lost over 2k worth of devices we used as a trade in. We have been in contact with corporate and the store over the past few months religiously. We have not received our trade in, our devices are nowhere to be found and the store is taking zero liability for their lack of responsibility.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I was given the wrong plan, and I had to wait over the closing time because the employees were trying to fix an issue they caused. This issue was ridiculous and upper management is just terrible for letting something this severe happen. I lost my phone number which I’ve had for a while now because of this.

My friend was trying to get a prepaid phone and the staff here had no idea what they are doing. It took almost 30 minutes to perform this simple activity. The two young men there were completely unenthused in their jobs. Last minute he told us there was an extra fee for activation and the price on the printout was wrong. In the end we left without getting the phone completely activated because he had no clue how to do it and we had dinner plans. But all that was needed in the end was to fill the phone up ourselves with the funds so we could use it. He told us he had done this. I hope never to have to use this store again.

The customer service sucks, I got there trying to get some information and they look at us so bad, they were just joking around the store and doing faces between them. Showing no respect at all about the customer. While I was trying to get some information they were just joking and talking about other things. The experience there was so uncomfortable.

This store was one of the AT&T stores I would never visit again but today that all changed …I needed some help with a new phone I recently just got and between Julia , Carlos and John they gave us amazing amzingggg customer service !! Thank you guys you are now my new store !
