This store is absolutely amazing clean and the place looks very well met. I don’t know why there are any negative reviews anyway because this store is the best in this whole area. Management took care of me and my fiancé and we left with 2 Apple Watches an iPhone 14 and a speaker wonderful presentation and excellent customer service

If you enjoy wasting time,getting robbed of your money, and spending months of disputes...this is the store for you. The manager will sell you fool's gold. Do not believe anyone in this store. The district manager Greg...he will also lie to you and will do it with a straight face. Bring lube and advil. You will need it.

Hire combatant employees. Walked in to get a SIM card but only two employees were working in the store. . A lady who took close to 30 minutes working with customer who want to trade his iPhone for new one. And the other employee who said he is new and don't know how to do. Surprisingly he later did with her help. Both are not professional. I almost walked out to go to one of your competitors to get it over with. Worse to come, ATT coverage is so weak even inside a major city.

Went to this store to purchase a new iPhone. The AT&T rep, Evan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful, but the most important thing was his patience, which means a lot to seniors. I will be back!
