This store is absolutely amazing clean and the place looks very well met. I don’t know why there are any negative reviews anyway because this store is the best in this whole area. Management took care of me and my fiancé and we left with 2 Apple Watches an iPhone 14 and a speaker wonderful presentation and excellent customer service

If you enjoy wasting time,getting robbed of your money, and spending months of disputes...this is the store for you. The manager will sell you fool's gold. Do not believe anyone in this store. The district manager Greg...he will also lie to you and will do it with a straight face. Bring lube and advil. You will need it.

I was having some trouble dealing with AT&T by phone and on line. It was suggested that I go to an AT&T store and I could get help there. I had changed my debit card and was of course unable to continue paying thru autopay until the new info was given.Such a simple situation I thought. So I went to the nearest AT&T store in Casselberry. There I was given fast, friendly, help. So nice to deal one on one with a “real” person. Love it!!

We were in the store to change service providers. Michigan residents changing their service while in Florida. Who would have thought it was going to take two experienced associates, Sasha and Jenn, three plus days to get it to go through? Porting shouldn't have been so difficult and time consuming but they hung in with us, encouraging us that though this was a rare occurrence they would see us through to success."
