The worst BOA I have ever been to. Waiting in the reception area we were ignored while a couple who came in after us were greeted and informed of the waiting time. Next I was informed that the person who would be helping with my wire transfer did not have access for that service.(Why was I placed with her if you knew that before hand). Waiting another 15 minutes for the next agent, and she also was unable to complete my wire transfer because the account information was incorrect, or so I thought. After wasting time there, I drove 20 minutes to another location and was able to complete the transaction without issue. ( using the same information). Complete incompetence .Trust me don't waste your time, just go somewhere else. Horrible.

Literally the worse bank I've ever been too. They wouldn't cash a check given to my employee as they suspected fraud. I completely understand this as it's helpful and in my benefit to protect my account. However, I called and told them it was legitimate and they could cash it. They said they couldn't cash it as the writing didn't match our usual checks (which my wife writes). They did however say my signature matched but it didn't make a difference and they still couldn't cash it. I called Corporate and they told me they they could in fact cash the check and they had given me incorrect information. They updated my file so there wouldn't be any further issues. My contractor then went back to the bank and they refused again! In addition, the drive through cashier was exceptionally rude stating, I have a line of customers and you need to wait for a call back! Am I not a customer? Honestly it was like a comedy sketch. I will be logging a formal complaint against your branch and you will be losing my business!

This has got to be the worst Bank of America in the nation. It's bad enough the lobby is closed, but now the drive thru moves at a snail's pace and closes at 4pm on a Friday.

Bless Jessica for helping me out. Due to a situation that came up she stayed an hour after closing to make sure my problem was taken care of. Being an account holder for over a decade with Bank of American, this is the best service and care I've ever had!

This location joins the long list of the worst Branches I have ever been to. There is only One clerk it doesn't matter the time or the day. This location may have 3 to 4 employees it lacks sense of urgency , there is no regard for customers time not to mention Customer Service. Do yourself a favor take you money and banking needs elsewhere.

I've become a bit of a big bank fan in the last few months: well, really just BOA (Sssh - don't nobody tell Elizabeth Warren that, please). I moved some investments into Merrill Edge to become a Platinum Honors member in their reward program, and the benefits just keep adding up! I have had their WWF "Tiger" Visa card for some time now, which offers some great cash-back options, which only became even more attractive now because there's a 1.75 multiplier effect. So my 2% on groceries is actually 3.5%, and my 3% cash back on online purchases (my 3% choice category) becomes 5.25%, which is higher than the quarterly bonus categories on Discover, and enough to make a shop-aholic out of me! There are also other rate benefits for things like mortgage and other loans, and we get a safety deposit box fee-free! They also extend courtesies that I'm not sure I'd otherwise get - had a 5-figure check to deposit/cash; went to the bank in person to have no hold on it, as I wanted to transfer the money right away, and Christina, one of the managers, did just that with no questions asked. Now the branch COULD get busy - had a rather long wait when I needed something notarized (no fee). It was also quite amusing when we were in one of the offices - I noticed that one of the 4 photos in their wall composite was put in the wrong way. Apparently, neither the occupant of that office, nor any of her myriad customers, had noticed it until I came along! Guess my cataracts aren't quite ready for surgery yet!
