Bank of America are a bunch of crooks. I was given a debit reward card of 800 dollars via BoA and because I didn't use it in time, they literally STOLE my money away from me that I worked for. Absolutely despicable.

I am very grateful to Luis Rivera for his professionalism and kindness. I went into this office twice and each time Luis worked with me. This is a great specialist. Luis is very polite. I highly recommend him because he will go out of his way to help you.

Best bank experience I have personally had. When I opened up an account, I was treated like I was a very important person and no question was d**** Even coming into this bank makes you feel like you will be helped. Someone is there to greet you and answer any questions. I had not banked at all for many years after a bad experience with a different bank. My experience here was so excellent that I sent an email to the manager to let them know. I feel like this is a very professional bank and everyone who works here is polite and doesn't make you feel judged. I have been so happy with my experiences with Bank of America and go out of my way to use this branch particularly when I can. Honestly, I've been to several banks and my experiences at BOA have been far better than anywhere else.

Terrible location doesn't have cash on hand to pay promissory notes. KEEP YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS PLACE!

This bank does not have much money or cash on hanf to cash large checks. They told us they would order the cash and call us when it's ready. They called us back after a week and they were unable to come up with the cash when they called us back. They asked us to open up a bank account with them and take the cash out slowly because they don't have access to much cash. What kind of bank can't pay? Isn't that the a banks only job to store money for you? You might want to reconsider using them as a bank if they cannot give you your money when requested.

Yet again this is the only branch in the area closed “due to COVID” even though people inside and working..... Doors just locked in the middle of the day. I come to this branch three out of five days during the week and it is always something. Either doors opened late after 9am, they are not open at all with some BS excuse, or you have to stand in line for 20 because no one is prepared. Constant issues, constantly slow service and constant attitude from the tellers. This is the worst branch by far with the most useless management staff. Never solutions, only excuses and piss poor performance.

The people here are VERY kind, helpful and professional. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help....(well....they have for me that is (of course)?.But I DO suggest you call and/or visit and see for yourself.(Please know I don't often add a review. Actually this is my only fourth one......EVER.....and I've had thousands (if not tens of thousands?) of opportunities to do so.Michael Stein

That I should be at the Tuskawilla branch of BOA is kind of unfortunate when I live 10 miles away. It's all thanks to a Merrill person not always being there at a branch (on vacation that week!) To be fair, they do have an appointment system, which they encourage customers use, and there was no availability at the Winter Springs branch, which is closest to me. But since this business couldn't wait, I had to get back on my horse and ride the extra 7 miles. Thank goodness I WAS able to complete my business dealing even without an appointment, since it was time-sensitive. It was a longer wait than one would reasonably expect, but Alex Maxwell was professional and thorough, even if their back-end system is inconsistent and a bit screwed up. So, extra driving and waiting ... took me two hours to do what should have taken 30 minutes. Oh well - blame myself for doing it 'last minute'. I will plan better next time. I'm unlikely to come to this branch next time I have similar business, but it's certainly possible, depending on what other errands I'd be running. I wouldn't hesitate coming back based on this experience.

Amid dismay that during COVID all Drive Through windows seem to have been closed, I entered this branch last week to make a cash deposit. I waited awhile as the (one!) teller dealt with a complicated transaction, two customers ahead of me. A desk banker eventually offered to help by approaching the last person in line, who'd come in long after I had. When I indicated I was ahead of her in line he replied that the other woman "had a longer wait". I do not see the logic in offering help to the person at the back of a line of five, a person who'd actually waited the least. When I finally reached the teller, he was not apologetic for my wait, or friendly at all. I'm switching back to Chase.

1 teller, 7 people waiting, 2 CSRs looking pretty and sitting at their desks. They should all be fired! That poor teller trying his best. I felt terrible for him.

Absolutely unacceptable service. 6 people in line and ONE teller. Stood in line close to 15 minutes before another teller showed up. Still had to wait.
