Not too happy with CVS. The pharmacy in particular. I had a prescription pick up...arrived at the counter, even had a coupon. The pharmacist refused my coupon stating that the prescription was cheap enough!! I told my Dr. to send my prescription to a different company. This same pharmacist is always rude not just to customers, but her staff as well.

Just had rotator cuff surgery and in lots of pain. Just found out my pain meds won’t be available till Saturday. So I have to wait all this time in pain till Saturday cause you guys didn’t stock meds on time? This is ridiculous and it’s not the first time.

Pharmacist Leo is an absolute joke, on a power trip and refusing to fill a prescription for an antibiotic called in by a nurse practitioner due to not calling from a doctors office when they can prescribe independently in the state of Florida. Was too big of a coward to give his last name. Making up his own rules and decisions and withholding necessary medication because “he said so”. He should be fired. I promise, you aren’t that important my dude.
No surprise that all of these reviews are about the condescending and rude pharmacists. As a physician myself, he refused to take a verbal order for the antibiotic because it was “his decision”. It’s not a controlled substance, get off your high horse and DO NO HARM. Or maybe you didn’t need to take that oath in pharmacy school. You should be ashamed of yourself.

PHARMACIST MICHAEL VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! WE ALL WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD BUT HE DEFINITELY DOESN'T NEED TO WORK IN A FIELD THAT WE ALL BUSY IN SEEMS LIKE HE DOESN'T LIKE HIS JOB VERY RUDE WHEN MEDICAL OFFICE CALL TO GET INFORMATION ON MUTUAL PATIENTS. HANGS PHONE UP ON YOUR FACE. TELLS YOU HE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO LOOK UP PTS INFO. OH AND ALSO THEIR SYSTEM DOESN'T TELL YOU WHAT DATE PT PICK UP THERE MEDICATION. HONESTLY WOULD RATE A ZERO BUT IT DOESNT ALLOW ME THATS WHY IT GOT 1 STAR.

Most CVS places are can a bad area and have trash on the outside but this one what's in a decent area and it was clean outside. The pharmacist was also helpful.
