Absolutely the worst place to go. No knowledge of the financial part of the visit. They told me it would be covered and then months later charge my card without knowledge for the lab test. CVS also charges for every single test so check your insurance before going. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you've been to one CVS, you've been to them all. However, this one was VERY organized, and the introduction of self checkout kept the lines down. The customer service reps were wandering the store stocking and open to help you find the items that you were looking for. We purchased several nail polishes, a couple of snacks, and some puzzles for future road trips. prices were average, and we were in and out relatively fast. Don't let the exterior dissuade you, because although this location is near a nicer intersection of Red Bug and Tuskawilla, there are a few shady characters stationed outside. As well as a cop car chilling nearby LOL

They never answer the phone. It takes forever to get service. Today, I dropped off a prescription to be be filled and was told it would be ready later today and I would receive a text. I never got a text. The website was down. I called and after going through automated hell managed to finally reach a human being, only to find the order was never put in to be filled in the first place. And things like this happen all the time. Unfortunately, because my meds are schedule II, it's super difficult to transfer to another pharmacy. This place is understaffed and handles high volume of prescriptions because they are the only 24 hour CVS in the area.

I had the worst experience at the pharmacy. staff are very unhelpful and rude to say the absolute least. I asked when my prescription would be ready cause I just finished at the minute clinic and I needed to get back to work. she said very rudely after 2pm. okay fine. I leave, drive 5 mins for them to text me my prescription is ready. Get to the pharmacy and they are closed. spoke to a man coming out. and his response was Soo we are still closed and he was walking away the whole time. the worst experience I have ever had. just disgusted!!!

Pharmacy is not 24/7! This is something that I doubt the managing owner knows about and I say that because it's a paper sign while the exterior of the building signs and website all promote 24/7 pharmacy. My guess is that the employees have decided on lunch together as opposed to rotating lunch like every other 24/7 operation. This location is already a nightmare, I wish I had any other option but I don't. Last month I had to file an appeal with my insurance because these clowns told me my insurance wasn't verifying the drug. Well, hard for insurance to verify when you don't run the authorization in the first place. I actually dread coming here.

Do not come here often and after today- never again! Absolutely horrible service at the pharmacy. Rude people and attitudes. Not sure those working there should be in the business of helping people who are sick. They are lacking compassion and unhelpful. Do not recommend at all.

Terrible customer service. Prescriptions are not always ready when you have received notification you can pick them up. Sometimes you are ignored as you are waiting at the counter for service.

Don't go here, go to Winter Springs Pharmacy across the street instead.Without exaggeration, this CVS is the single worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. They were over a week late refilling my monthly prescriptions three times this year alone. I had to go through medication withdrawals one of those times as a result. They do not answer the phone, nor do they keep their online system current. It is always a massive line, whether drive through or in store, and you are lucky if they have your prescription for you when you get to the end of it. I couldn't even get them to transfer my prescription to another location. I had to go through my doctor and have them write new prescriptions.Conversely, since I've managed to transfer to Winter Springs Pharmacy, I haven't had a single issue. Further, they treat you like an actual human, filling your prescription in advance and personally calling you should any issue arise. Do yourself a favor: go there.

Transferred my prescription here and called to see if it was ready. The people in the pharmacy are rude and told me they didn't know when it would be available and there were many other patients waiting for it ahead of me. After multiple calls and prying for info., they suggested trying a different CVS!

I used to use the CVS on Aloma and Red Bug but they are closing for business and we were told our "records" would be transferred to this location. I had a prescription sent in 2 weeks ago and never heard anything from CVS. I went last week, inside the store and they told me that the medication is on back order. I still heard nothing and I called them again yesterday, where they informed me that the medication was on hold because the insurance didn't cover it. I was upset because there was no communication with me to advise me of this. I told them that the last CVS would apply a coupon and I would get it for a lesser fee. The person applied the coupon and of course it was accepted. I go to pick up today and have been in line at the drive through for over 45 minutes. This is terrible. They need to do better!

Everytime I go to this location always an issue with them having my medication and always have to wait an excessive amount of time for my medicine to be leaking out of the bottles or sum sort of little annoying issue

Slowest and worst pharmacy I've ever used. I know it gets busy there but there's no reason I should wait in pick up line for 40 minutes and then when I get to front I wait 20 more minutes because they are incapable of helping two lines at once when there was at least 6 people in there. Not one word was spoken to me in that 20 minutes. You can definitely see the annoyance on all the cars Behind me as well, this is a common occurrence. Definitely not just a one time thing. Get it together. Most of us come here for medication because we are sick or in pain and the fact that your employees, as many as you had staffed, we playing around and having a blast couldn't managed to help the other window while the second window person was waiting for his to be filled is sad. Wouldn't recommend coming here for fast service or professionalism.
