Went in for sewing pattern printing. The employee did not listen to my request to print only certain sizes on the pattern. Her responses were overly confident, quick and lacked consideration of the customer’s request. These multi-size patterns give the option of printing only the size you need. After a few attempts to explain it, I finally showed her how to do it on the store computer monitor. Simply clicking an icon and checking the box of the size you need is very easy to do. It’s okay not to know that. It’s not ok to be domineering and dismissive when talking to customers. Sometimes listening and being open minded is helpful. She needs to dial it back a bit. Will not go back in the future. The only reason I stayed is, it was easier to try to work with a difficult person rather than to drive to another place.

3.5 Had some sensitive documents I needed printed out, so I made my way here. Got a parking spot, walked in, and was quickly greeted. They helped explain how I could do the self-print with my USB, and my documents were easily done for under $3. I was able to easily select b&w, which pages i needed specifically, so I wasn't printing out what wasn't necessary, etc. I'm happy to know this service is available since the Office Depot has closed shop.

Several people were here at after 11am on a Saturday and the FedEx was not even open. Very unprofessional to not be open by stated times.

Two ladies were super nice! My order was printed exactly as order in just a few hours. When I picked up, I realized I had forgotten to add the binding on. They quickly did it for me and helped fix my mistake. Their prices were about half the price and a lot quicker turnaround time than other printing options in the area.

Horrible service, expensive shipping and now I have do it all my self via a self service counter that can barely hold any packages , guy behind counter wouldn’t even wait on me , made me go to self service , not a single customer in the store , employee just standing in the back of the store.

I don't recall the manager's name maybe Tabatha? She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to fix a goof up on my end. She was able to print me out a new label for a customer in need of a fishing pole. The item arrived safely and on-time. The service has been great at this location the last few visits. Would come again.

How can you guys call yourself a quality company when you got a person named Tabitha that gives attitude and snatching my items and touching them with out my permission, that cuts you off while your speaking. And REFUSES to help in any way just INSTANTLY DECLINES my help. That’s not right or at all any way shape or form of customer service. I’ll never be coming back to the place. I know people don’t care because what’s 1 person but honestly I’m just making it known that this isn’t a welcoming place for Any NEW person that goes here.

It was a really pleasant experience. The office manager Tabatha was very knowledgeable and quick. She seemed very enthusiastic and happy about her job. I appreciated her attitude. The services where immediately and the outcome of what I ordered came out great. I will definitely be back. It’s expensive but you should expect this from any type of printing business.

I don't have much to say, never had a single problem there. On contrary, this is the only FedEx I use from the past 10 years and every time I needed their services it was nicely done. I don't understand this amount of 1 stars. Am I missing something?

I had a great experience here - the two ladies working at the counter were both so sweet and calmed my fears when I had to ship out a very important item yesterday! I was welcomed and quickly assisted once I had packed my box and was ready to ship. I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience. Thank you so much to the kind ladies who helped me!

Richard is rude and arrogant , this was by far the worst experience you could have. I was there a few days earlier and the staff was wonderful. I’ll go down the street to do fedex shipping on tuscawilla.

Horrible horrible store. They lie just to make more money. Their faxes do not work and they charge a lot. Been screwed over a few times from this store
