I had a great experience here - the two ladies working at the counter were both so sweet and calmed my fears when I had to ship out a very important item yesterday! I was welcomed and quickly assisted once I had packed my box and was ready to ship. I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience. Thank you so much to the kind ladies who helped me!

Richard is rude and arrogant , this was by far the worst experience you could have. I was there a few days earlier and the staff was wonderful. I’ll go down the street to do fedex shipping on tuscawilla.

Used to be my go to location for printing services. The new pricing and extra fees now being added to prints and related services are gauging. Won’t be going back anymore.

The women working at this location was extremely rude. She spoke to customers like they were her “children” inconveniencing her when they asked a question. She must have forgotten that she works in customer service. Absolutely horrible scene. The guy seemed nice and polite, too bad I didn’t have him.

The customer service here is non existent. I went to drop off some packages and needed to pick up some more “small paks” to ship some other items. I asked for 30 and they said I couldn’t have that many. I was told to call FedEx and order some. I told the lady that she told me that last time and when I called FedEx they told me to just go get them from the store. She acted like they were gold and went on ranting that if she gave me 30 then what about the next person. Really? You are a FedEx store, why wouldn’t you have hundreds of them. Oh by the way, you are a FedEx store, so order hundreds more and have them delivered tomorrow. I mean seriously, I am trying to spend money shipping 30 packages and you want to make it impossible.

Greedy, $3 for 1/2 of piece of paper that my free label was on. It was the RMA that was on the same page of the prepaid label.

I was greeted with be with you in a minute by one worker. The other worker looked over and said “yeah?” I guess this is the way customers get greeted at this location. After helping me while listening to another worker tell them something I wasn’t even thanked for stopping by. Unbelievably bad service. No wonder this location gets such bad reviews. Install some automated help centers and save us some grief

BUSINESS OWNERS - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I've been using Fedex Office at multiple locations for years, specifically this Winter Springs one. I get stuff printed / overnighted sometimes, mostly printed. As a small business owner, I often had to resort to using a place like Fedex Office to print stuff really quickly. 25 cents always seemed fair & employees usually helped me as fast as they could. Since June 27, (this is how the policy was explained to me by an employee).. you have to pay a flat fee 2.50$ PLUS THE COST of printing to have an employee print a document for you. The catch is that Fedex lets you print through their self service for the same low cost as it used to be before their policy switch. No problem, right? Wrong. Today I had to get something printed which was extremely time sensitive, and at 2:30 on a Friday, there's 1 single employee in the store handling ( or trying to handle ) multiple customers at once. After trying to use their self service for 10 minutes and getting error messages, a confused employee (the only employee there) named Rich told me he wouldn't be able to help me print the document unless I paid the 2.50 fee. This happened the other day at a different location (Winter Park), and I was informed by the manager that when this happens and the sender is not in error, Fedex offers to excuse the 2.50 fee. My frustration and reason for review is the way that this Fedex Office seems like a joke with guys like this running the store alone. The attitude the employee had reminded me of Garfield. He didn't seem to care that I told them I was taking my business elsewhere. I want to clarify that this bad review is NOT because of the policy switch, it's about the store & employee helpfulness/attitude. You couldn't pay me to continue using their location in Winter Springs.

This store has the nicest manager ever Taibstha(sp?) but they have a new person Rich or Rick not sure lost card with names. He was the most rude employee I have seen in my 74 years. I even asked the manager should I go to another store she assured me no . I will not ever have this man wait on me ever again matter of fact stopped in the middle of the return to wait for the manager left the store in tears.sobbing.I have been doing returns my granddaughter is getting married up until he came I enjoyed going in the store since the manager told me to keep coming I will but if he is still there I will not if he is alone. It started because I had several items. Better stop my rant and yes I told him in my words what I thought of him.

This is review of a person, not necessarily the company because I have had great service at other locations before. If I could give minus or negative one star reviews to a particular person, I would. I went in to get some invitations printed. I hadn't been to a Fedex print and ship in a while so not sure how it worked. When I asked the gentleman or "rude man" behind the counter if I could get them to print something on card stock, he said it would take a while. As I was talking I could see that two customers walked in. I asked, could you tell me a time frame of how long as cause I don't mind waiting or if I could run card stock on the printers and very impolitely, he said no he would have to do it and he doesn't know how long it would take, that this is their busiest time and points to customers coming in and says he has no idea. I really just needed 20 copies made, not 200. Before me a customer came in needing to copy and laminate something and when she asked, his demeanor was the same for her. Based on his body language and face, he seemed bothered that she even asked that question. He said, "you can do it yourself" and that it was self serve and pointed to the machines. She didn't know what she was doing so asked him to show her. I understand you have had a long day and maybe you have been in your position for 15 plus years but that shouldn't allow you to approach customers in that manner. I have worked in hospitality and I have had my fair share of rude customers and demanding people but there is such a thing as kill them with kindness. I wasn't even being rude or impolite to him and neither was the other customer so why is it that I was treated in that manner.

Seems like my review was removed to hide what a lousy store this is. I have only used this location 3 times and the first two times I thought it was me and this place was just having a bad day. The last time I was in the one employee helping people took 25 mins to look up some thing in the computer while this lady was asking him 20 questions. He never looked up at my way and said anything. Never asked another person to help me even though two people was packing boxes and playing with the popcorn packing materials. Finally a manager looking employee came over but took 10 measurements of the same box he was so distracted in what he was doing - and then charged some ridiculous price that I am sure was wrong. The employees are not trained and have no idea they are running a retail service. I'll stand in line at the Post Office before I let you bozos take my money again. STAY ASAY FROM THE LOCATION
