Jose is easily the most knowledgeable guy I have ever met in the industry. Usually you go in for a simple oil change and before you know it, your brakes are bad, you're leaking oil, or some fluid everywhere, you're tires are bad, and every filter is poisoning you or your car. Jose will not upsell you but he prioritizes your individual issues, and educates you without scaring you, or breaking your bank. That's an important tool in gaining the trust of your vehicles health, and getting you back into his store. If he's not your manager, district manager, or trainer he should be.

I went for an AC diagnostic because my AC was not very cold. They told me I needed a new compressor and condenser charged me $2200 and returned the car worse than before. Now the say it's the temp blend door and they cannot help. I'm reporting this to the BBB and credit card.

Wow!! Matt was amazing! I had a feeling a different tire place was trying to force new tires at me for no reason. Due to the good reviews I decided to come here for a second opinion. He quickly determined I didn't need all new tires, and they just had normal wear and tear, and could easily be patched. A huge thank you to the technician for being quick and Matt for your level of integrity. You have earned a customer for life!

It’s pretty sad when companies no longer care about customer service. I purchased all my tires for my truck from fire stone mostly the Winter springs store. I also took out the roadside hazard warranty, which of course cost extra money now that I need a flat repair they tell me they can’t get to it for at least a day or two, but they took my money pretty quick. It’s pretty sad that a company like this can’t get a tire repaired within an hour or two When you’re stuck and you don’t want to drive on a flat tire, Unfortunately, to post this review I have to give them one star I would’ve rather given them zero. I guess I’ll have to find an independent. That’ll be willing to fix my tire so I can go to work today.

SERVICE TECHS NEED TRAINING!
Done with Firestone! Service techs are mis communicating I drove all the way there for something I was told by one service tech could be done and when I arrived they refused to do it.

AJ was helpful on the phone and offered me a great coupon discount for $30 off full synthetic oil change that saved me money. He was also friendly in person.Jose went over all recommendations and gave me a discount on a die hard battery offered it to me cheaper than other retailers.

Had a blow out literally right in front of this place. Pulled in and the manager Matt came out and had them change the tire to my spare for me at no cost. Gave me pricing for a new tire to replace the blown one and was honest about not needing to replace all my tires. Left the tire there for a few days and when I went to pick it up they replaced everything for me. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Customer service is great!
