“I cannot say enough great things about Off the Wall Prints! They truly went above and beyond for me and my business when the U.S. Postal Service failed me. I mailed several T-shirts to my clients in Palm Bay on a Monday for a cruise they were leaving for that Sunday. For four days, there was absolutely no movement on the tracking number--it appeared that the package was stuck at the first sorting facility. By Friday, after giving USPS what I felt was more than enough time to deliver the shirts, I contacted Off the Wall Prints to see if they could help me by reprinting the shirts and I would hand-deliver them to my customers. From the moment I explained the situation, they were sympathetic, understanding, and genuinely concerned about helping me find a solution. Even though they already had other orders to complete, they worked with me and did everything they could to get my shirts reprinted that same day so that I could get them to my clients before they left for their cruise. As a business owner, I can't tell you how much that meant to me. They understood that this wasn't simply about printing some shirts--it was about my commitment to my customers and my reputation as a business owner. They stepped up when I needed them most, and I am incredibly grateful for the extra mile they went to help me deliver on my promise to my clients. If you're looking for a printing company that provides quality work, value for your money AND exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Off the Wall Prints. It's one thing to have a company print your order, but it's another to know that when something unexpected happens, they will have your back and do everything they reasonably can to help you find a solution. Thank you, Off the Wall Prints, for helping save the day! You have definitely earned my continued business and my recommendation! 5 stars without hesitation!”

“I can't speak highly enough of Ranger Printing. Bill was such a pleasure to work with, and the entire Ranger team is truly amazing at what they do. I came in with a very tight (next day) turnaround and not only did Bill accept the job, he offered me recommendations, helped with sourcing the right materials, and worked with me to make sure everything came out exactly as I needed it. Bill was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He talked through the details of the project with me, made recommendations based on what they had available and what would work best, and kept everything moving on an incredibly short timeline. And the final product was beautiful. Everything was printed and finished with such care, and it was clear that the Ranger team takes real pride in the quality of their work. I’m genuinely so grateful I found them. Great people, excellent work, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. Ranger Printing will absolutely be my first call for future print projects.”

“I was referred to TechBay USA to troubleshoot network issues I was having at my business. James was able to come out on a Saturday, and spent several hours going through all my hardware, as spectrum had said the issue was in my equipment somewhere. After confirming my hardware was functioning correctly, James was able to provide spectrum the necessary feedback to get the spectrum equipment working properly and get us back up and running. I fully intend to use TechBay USA for future IT needs.”
