I had 3 people in their office that were helping me on my project (Jaden was the go too). I am so grateful for all of them. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they helped me navigate some of those problems like figuring out land permits and helped me narrow down options due to that. Jaden especially, went above and beyond. I am very happy with how my sign turned out. “I was referred to TechBay USA to troubleshoot network issues I was having at my business. James was able to come out on a Saturday, and spent several hours going through all my hardware, as spectrum had said the issue was in my equipment somewhere. After confirming my hardware was functioning correctly, James was able to provide spectrum the necessary feedback to get the spectrum equipment working properly and get us back up and running.
