“Buffalo Bills shooting store is my favorite gun store and has been for over 20 years. When I decided to pursue a new hobby back in 2002 (black powder), Buffalo Bills was the perfect store to provide all the equipment and guidance necessary to assist me. The experienced staff is friendly but also dedicated to ensure ones exact needs are met. One of the strong points of Buffalo Bills has been its breadth of services covering not only black powder, but modern hunting, self defense, cowboy action, re-loading, gun repair, certified gun classes, buy/sell & trades, competition, reenacting, and so much more.
What struck me recently was the professionalism displayed by Mike (owner) and Tony, who both stepped in and resolved an issue that will crop up from time to time when firearms are involved. Others who were helpful were Michael, Jim and John, all who are much appreciated for their focus and due diligence.
I’ve shopped at other gun stores, and they are fine, but Buffalo Bills stands out by going the extra mile to resolve issues, focusing on the individual’s needs and taking possession til resolution of all ongoing circumstances. “Went gun ranging for the 1st time on a Sunday, it's little hidden but it's crossing right near Murdock Rd. Not fronting, I felt a bit intimated walking in due to not knowing much about guns. Hubby and I were very curious on trying though so it also helped keep us eager and open minded. The staff there were completely cool and professional. Also, not sure if it's protocol but one of the staff thoughtfully came in to help guide me on how to stand and shoot. I appreciated it since my shot accuracy was pretty off. Price wise, I recall paying around $60 bucks for the rental gun, gear, and ammo (50 rounds). It definitely leaves you with something to talk about at the dinner table.”

“Came in today 1/29/25 having some concerns with my canix tpsf9. Gun slide wouldn't fully seat nor would it fire. Brought everything in to stimulate the dame situation I experienced. Michael(if I'm remembering the name correctly sorry if I've gotten it wrong) assisted me and knew almost immediately what my problem was.
User error 😆. I told him I had a 18 mag and my firearm allows plus one. The gun is brand new so it need to be broken in before it will function properly with plus one. Very knowledgeable guy, extremely friendly and overall helped me with what I thought was a serious issue.
I'll definitely be back after the convo we had afterwards, he's really a true gun enthusiast with a wealth of information. Thank you for all your help!”

“The Kissimmee location is normally my go to but drove out to their Oviedo store since they had what I was looking for. Found the bag I needed then waited for the staff to finish up with other customers to grab the RDS I inquired about earlier in the day. Was greeted at the door initially but that was the end of it from there so ended up leaving. Normally have good days with these guys, today wasn’t one of them.”
