“I train at the f45 Tallahassee midtown location, as I live in Tallahassee. My sister trains at this Tuskawilla location and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this studio/ staff! Anytime I come into town to see my family, this studio has no hesitation welcoming me with open arms and letting me do a walk in class or two! So thankful for this location!”

Attended a class for the first time whilst visiting the area.The Studio is absolutely beautiful, magnificently equipped with every prop to support your practice and an immaculate environment.Luz whose class I attended was welcoming and inclusive and guided a beautiful hatha asana. Fantastic prompts and a gorgeous voice meant I was able to practice largely with closed eyes.A wonderful treat for body mind and spirit. I am so grateful to my friend, who practises regularly on her unlimited membership, for introducing me to RSY and look forward to returning when I'm next in the Orlando area.Cannot recommend this place highly enough!”

“Love this gym. I've been with Crunch for over 2 years. Becca and Jason are absolutely AWESOME!! They literally greet everyone walking in and leaving the gym with genuine courtesy. Truly impressive customer service from them whenever I’ve needed something or just had a question. Becca even knows some members names as they walk in the door before she even scans their phone. I’ve taken a variety of classes so far, and they have all been pretty kick @**. The sauna is always HOT and feels great when I go in for a detox sweat even if I don't workout that day. And of course let's top it off with the hydro massage bed - my FAVORITE part of my membership and almost the biggest incentive motivator for me getting to the gym. I'm always impressed at how someone is always cleaning somewhere in the gym and keeping the place clean.”

“Great place for everyone of all ages and experiences to train and work out. Open weight room that's never crowded. Classes that teach your skills in different martial arts disciplines, and help burn a lot of calories. All trainers are current, former, or future pro fighters so it's genuine learning from guys who have real experience. Staff are all super nice and welcoming, and they push you to work hard in the classes. Owner Mike is a super great guy and really cares not only about the gym but the experience that you receive at the gym. Can't recommend this place enough!”
