H&R block Tax Professional won't help if you used online H&R block software and paid their service, as they will not make commission , but they should treat customer nicely and help to resolve H&R block issue but looks to me they don't care about H&R block corporate product issue.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to do your taxes. My son went there today to get some help with accessing his tax returns on his app and get copy of his tax returns because he couldn't access it on my block account. Instead of helping him with accessing it on his app , the African-American lady working there went ahead printed out copies charged him $53.50 . He is YOUR CLIENT SINCE PAST FEW YEARS! for god sake. He shouldn't have been charged for a simple paper copies. Me and my husband have been H&R Block clients for Yearsssss at another location and NOT ONCE DID WE GET CHARGED FOR EXTRA COPIES FROM PREVIOUS YEARS WHEN WE WANTED IT. Seems like this location doesn't make much money so they resort to ripping clients off out of theirs. This is especially for elderly people who dont know how to use app or access my block. Please please DO NOT come here to this location. My son WILL NOT be coming here next time after this experience
