Working out with Jim is a real pleasure. He is truly passionate about fitness and helping his clients. The workouts are always challenging and I’m impressed that he can read my mood and energy levels, and modify the workouts on the fly, based on my abilities on a given day. Jim is a very knowledgeable and meticulous trainer. I came in not being very confident when it came to strength training. He took the time to demonstrate and critique my form to make sure I was targeting the desired muscles. He began each session with stretching and was always made sure to gradually increase the intensity of the work out to avoid injury and work on my specific goal. As I trained he was careful to notice what my body was doing and recognized weaknesses. To help correct it he removed scar tissue from my shoulder with the graston technique. He is a wealth of information and was able to give advice on many issues and questions. He created a comfortable and friendly environment which allowed me to feel at ease as we trained. I really enjoyed my experience with Jim and would highly recommend him to help achieve your health and fitness goals.

Been going to Jim for physical therapy for treatment from my car accident. He’s truly knowledgeable and has provided me with great pain relief from my injuries. Don’t waste your time with anyone else, go see Jim immediately!

Jim is the best. He knows all the areas of the body. And he knows how the body is structured entirely. The guy relieved me of seven years back pain with one visit! I felt bad when he told me that I will need a next visit! "I genuinely knew I wouldn't" one visit eliminated seven years of pain. The man knows his job!! Saved me from surgery!

I’ve worked with several trainers over the years and Jim is by far the best. I learned more with him in my first session then I’ve learned from all other personal training sessions combined. He has changed the way I work out. He’s knowledgeable, gives 100%, and makes working out fun. Plus the gym is really clean and his equipment is in great condition

We’ve been training with Jim for 1-1/2 years. Jim is quite knowledgeable and always focused on form. I continue to feel like I’m getting stronger each time we go. And the great stretch we get before our workout can’t be beat !!

I’m a 70 yr old man and I’m stronger than I have been in years. Jim Kale knows what he’s doing and he has succeeded in make me pretty darn fit and capable ( sometimes despite my own laziness). His breath of knowledge is remarkable, and he know how to apply it. Whatever your issues or your goals, he can get you there.

I was referred to Jim Kaale by a friend after expressing injury issues I was trying to train around.In the past, I would quit as soon as something hurt, or an old injury made me feel I couldn’t keep going. Working with Jim has been a game changer. He preps me mentally and physically for each workout, including stretching, and graston, (scar tissue removal) & he’s really good at it….Over the course of a few months, he cleaned up all the scar tissue in my neck and shoulders, which allowed me to begin to train my entire body, pain free again. He ensures I go to failure without cheating and holds me accountable for my efforts in the gym, kitchen, cardio wise, and is constantly filling my cup with priceless tips while keeping my mind focused on my goals.It’s been two years since I moved to another state, and he still makes time to talk to me, and I can tell he genuinely cares about my well-being. I simply can’t say enough about him, or the experience of training with him. We will be friends for life. Thank you Jim.

I came to Inflicting Fitness after recovering from a knee injury I endured while playing soccer at the collegiate level, and was looking for help with my lifts and needed to be pushed in the right direction so I could return to sport. Jim Kaale worked with me during my time at IFTC and he was extremely helpful, ensuring I was lifting properly, coming back from my injury efficiently, and getting the most out of my workouts. He is very friendly and knowledgeable on how to really build muscle and the 1 on 1 sessions made me feel like I was gaining a lot while at his gym. Even beyond that, he took time with me to really grasp everything he was teaching me so I could incorporate it in my future lifts!
