I didn’t catch the young gentleman’s name that drew my blood bc I hadn’t eaten or had coffee and I was so sleepy but wow !! I never even felt the needle go in. He is good at his job!!! I was concerned bc he was so young but he’s better than all the old timers

I have been a customer for two years, I became a customer because of the customer service, the easy and fast service, I recommended it to many people, however, I have observed that this has been deteriorating. I have no idea what is happening there. We must return to good practices and prioritize activities.

Disgusting rude service. I had an appointment and was waiting for 1 hour. I asked the guy why I was waiting so long, but he invited the person who came after me in 30 minutes. This guy just yelled at me. Everybody in line heard it.

Employee name Abby is very RUDE she wasted an hour of my time for no reason she’s unprofessional and Refused to call the doctor office to find the information to complete the task. I called the doctor office and they told me everything is good! Employee had no will to do her own job or to treat customers with respect????????I had to go to another Lab to do it with the same order that she refused to do !so disappointed !

Son went for an 8:30 appointment at 8:15, checked in. Waited until 9 am and still no blood work. Had to leave for work at 9 am. What a waste of time. Don't give appointment if it means nothing.

Employee did not call anybody waited over 40 minutes before another customer had to knock on the door in order for the employee to come to the door and start checking who is on the check-in list. Employee was rude to every single customer in the lobby. Orders were still on for lab test employee said she does not know how much blood to draw. Refused to call the doctors office to find this information out to complete the task. Employee had no will to do her own job or to treat customers with respect, employee was attempting to do nothing all day. When knocked on the door, customer was just eating donuts and drinking coffee. Several customer saw this.

Horrible. I was told they did not have enough supplies to take the samples ??? The location was too small to stock enough supplies for all of the tests I needed. What? I was told I would have to go to a larger LabCorp. Like the one in Oviedo. Wow, I guess they need to get a bigger supply cabinet. Very strange

Abby is incredible! I have had negative experiences in the past at other places where I've fainted or gotten sick. Abby let me lay down, used a small needle and talked me through the whole thing. Didn't pass out or faint. Arrived with anxiety and leaving light and relieved. Felt little to nothing. Definitely recommend!

This Labcorp is super clean and the woman who drew blood was phenomenal. I did not feel a thing. Its great to know this location exists for the community. It just open 2 months ago! I definitely would recommend coming here for all your tests for sure

Our female lab technician (Abby) was cordial, friendly and very professional. She was an absolute delight. The check-in process was a breeze and they accept walk-ins; however, people with appointments are served first. This particular LabCorp is located inside the Walgreens on Red Bug Road Lake Road in Winter Springs. We will never use Quest again.
