“Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow and did I say wow! I am a retired customer service trainer for a top 10 company. And I just received some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from any company.I was truly shocked to have gotten such good service. I put in a work order for my quantum j4 wheelchair and not only did he do what I asked but he went above and beyond which most do not do anymore to make sure that I was happy. He adjusted other things that it needed as he carefully overlooked my wheelchair. Chris I is my wheelchair superhero. Not only is he brilliant at his craft but he has a very great personality and calming way. Any company would be blessed to have such an employee. He knows what he's doing and he likes what he is doing and those factors put together make for an excellent employee. I would love Mr Sego to give me a call so that I can elaborate even further. I would love to see Chris I get a raise as he is so deserving of it. Employees like this are hard to find and when you do have one treat them well and they'll be with you forever. I think also he should have a $10,000 bonus lol. All teasing aside I really do feel he should get a raise. “Great pharmacy doesn't treat you like a drug addict . I had major spinal surgery 2 surgeries over a week period and CVS , Walgreens , Publix was a mess trying to get pain meds filled because my surgeon is out of state . I feel this pharmacy cares and always helpful not only explaining meds but not questioning why , who , what was done ECT . My medical is private yet all these other pharmacy ask personal questions. Publix I even lifted my shirt showing me stitched up front and back so they would fill.
I haven't had any meds in 15 years prior to this injury .
They said it's because I'm cash pay .
