The facility was clean and well lit at night time. They offer overnight drop off which was convenient. Their work was professional and they updated me on status the whole way. “Called and got call center, I told the guy that answered I had Michelin tires and wanted the same or comparable I was quoted Uniroyal. After reaching I found I would not be happy with them, called back the next day. Got Nick in the store, told him what I had and what I wanted, gave him my price range, he gave me 3 options and ultimately sold me 4 Continental tires. I love them! Smooth quite ride, handle great. Nick and Michael are great, service was also great. In and out in 45 mins. I'm so glad I called back and got the store.”

Steve was very friendly over the phone and walked me through what my car needed and things to keep in mind before the next visit. Very affordable and will not upcharge with unnecessary work. With how busy this mechanic shop is be prepared for a long wait if all you're doing is an oil change. Dropped my car off around 10:00am and did not finish until 5pm. Was not prepared to sit in the office for that long but the waiting area is beautiful!”

“I don’t know why anyone would take their vehicle needs anywhere else. This place is on point. Took my car here to get looked at. Appointment scheduled a few days later. When I picked up my car the mechanic who worked on my car greeted me and told me exactly what he did. He also helped me out by checking the rest of my exhaust and tac welded some of my other clamps making sure they were secure on other connections. I was a little skeptical in the beginning but now I see why they are so busy! They do greet work all around and look out for their customers. They treated me like I’ve been going there for years. (This was my first time coming here)”

“Went there due to a screw in my tire. At a corporate place they told me it needed a new tire due to the location of the screw. At Royal one he looked at it and he said he will try to help. He removed the screw but it was not deep enough and no patch or replacement was needed it. He did not charge me. Thank you”

“Brethren. I must tell you about th mechanic at Jiffy Lube not just any mechanic, this mechanic was of mythical magnificent he must have fell from Mount Olympus himself. He imparted upon me knowledge and cheerfulness in good measure, at one point I even had my wife on FaceTime w hile I measured him with questions. I got an oil change a cabin filter and a vehicle filter for a decent deal and when I left they forced me to take a jelly donut (that I wanted but was too prideful to ask for), a cup of sweet filtered water and my reciept. His knowledge and kindness is a beacon of light in this dim world. He wouldn't even let me tip. I am gratitude.”

They cleaned out all the bad oil, topped off all my fluids (which I'm certain were embarrassingly low),explained thoroughly and in a non salesman like way the oil services and which would be best for my high mileage vehicle.
