“Really happy to have found this place! The starter in my truck went out , which is a big job on my vehicle (Toyota Sequoia). After having not so good experiences with a couple other places in town including the dealer, I read the reviews and gave these guys a call. I asked for a ball park price , which was very reasonable, and said they could get me in right away. I had my truck towed in later in the afternoon and it was done early the next day. Great locally owned shop , clean, honest, and they were great to deal with. They do extremely clean / professional work! In the past at other shops including the dealer, if you look at the repair it’s a mess. Missing screws, stripped bolts, missing clips, etc. None of that here. Good high quality professional work with reasonable and honest prices. The only place I’ll go from now on. Thank you for the amazing service and over all experience! This is the way it should be!”
“I’m so grateful I found this place. I was getting frustrated with another local shop repeatedly overcharging me a “diagnostic” fee & then fixing something that would pop up again later. Then if I went to a dealership, they were always telling me that the car was so old, I just needed to sell it back to them, OR I’d have to keep paying high prices to do all the extras they kept suggesting. Dee’s has never done that once. They never try to upsell. They do exactly what you ask them to do. I went from waiting hours in a dealership lobby or days in a local shop to not long at all with Dee’s. They’ve always been honest with me & have never suggested anything I didn’t need. “We thought the leak and engine heating up on our Enclave was the radiator. Tito diagnosed as the water pump and got it fixed very quickly as we needed the car back. His repair of the water pump comes with a warranty incase it fails again.He even cleaned up the parts around it like our radiator, a/c, coolant. He was very honest and pointed out where we might have problem down the road. Very friendly and easy to work with. He is in Winter Springs near Longwood- 321-9722115”
