Absolutely amazing...that's all I can say. Norzi & his team are very, very good. I have been looking for a new local mechanic for about a year and came across Precision Auto Clinic via a Google search. I could not believe the 5 star reviews and comments. Well, I'm glad I listened to the reviews.
When I called to make an appointment Norzi asked if I could bring the car in for full car inspection. When I brought the car, Norzi did a test drive with me in the car explain the conditions I was hearing about the car. He pointed out what was believed to be the issue. He then asked if I had a few extra minutes because he was to do a full inspection. I agreed and shared what areas needed to be addressed and the costs.
I brought the car back a couple days later and Norzi & his team worked on the vehicle for 2 days. There was a long list of items. The attached photos just some of the work that was done.
But do you know what the best thing that was done. As the work was being done on the car, Norzi was texting me pictures of the work. He shared pictures of the oil change, old parts removed, the new parts installed.
When I returned to pick up the car, I learned that the car had been detailed and the rugs cleaned. The following day, Norzi called to check on how things were going with everything.
I've NEVER had a mechanic care so much about their work. If you're looking for a mechanic, this is the place to bring your vehicle!

Norzi is the best. He reminds me of my children's pediatrician with our vehicle's. He is so detailed and yet you don't feel cheated or robbed. I just bought a truck from the auction and took it to him I feel so much more comfortable talking it on a road trip. He makes you feel safe with the service he provides. He comes highly recommended from us.

Came for just an oil change and left with my car cleaned, tires pressure washed and filled with air, and a complete rundown of my cars’ current condition. It was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely return here in the future. The owner is very kind!

This place is AMAZING. He explains everything and is reasonably priced. It’s also a very organized and professional place. I highly recommend. All my friends and family also come here if they have problems and leave with positive experiences.

I literally showed up with no advance notice, desperate. My key for my car would not work properly - I couldn't turn off the alarm and the key would no longer work to get in the door - so I drove down on New Years Day - he was there for me in my time of need. Didn't hesitate and went above and beyond - he was kind, thorough, and determined to help me, and he did. He cared. There's not many that you find that actually "care"...often they say "they care" but their actions don't support it - Noorzi's actions support it. I trust him, and if he will allow (cause I know he's slammed with so many loyal customers who love him too) I will not hesitate in coming back - thank you for your kindness and for helping me, it did not go unnoticed!

Great service went into the shop on a Saturday with an emergency oil leak without an appointment with my son and wife and was greed by the owner norzi and did an excellent job I’ll definitely recommend this shop.
