We have been using this dry cleaning business for 16 years and have never been dissatisfied. The quality of care of clothes, (formal and work shirts/blouses/trousers/dresses as well as bridal dress), table clothes (including a holiday one that was hand-embroidered), and silk duvet (that was quite soiled) have all come out beautifully. Also, the owner is consistently kind and helpful - and when you walk inside, the music is always lovely.

Take your dry clean items elsewhere! Unfriendly owner who never smiles or even says thank you. Christian music is always playing, along with a couple Bible Psalms hung on the wall. However, you will not receive Christian kindness from the owner. Very surly and unappreciative. She returned one of my shirts with a shattered button. I very politely pointed this out and asked if it could be fixed. She appeared insulted and offered no apology. When I picked that shirt up, along with my other dry cleaning, I noticed on the receipt that she charged me for the button repair (which they broke!?!?). Ridiculous. If you live in Winter Springs, try Classic Touch. It's about five minutes down the road. Family owned and operated , lower prices and MUCH friendlier.
