I went in with questions about my account which I hadn’t used. There were several charges on their that didn’t make sense. I asked to talk about them and they refused to help me resolve any issues. Told me there is nothing they can do. Call the one 800 number. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

I’ve had a horrible experience with banks. However…… this one’s my bank even though I live in Oviedo because Linda*****. This lady is the reason I will continue to use Truist . She’s seriously a super hero with out the cape

Walked in to get some documents notarized. The woman at the teller immediately scrunched up her nose as if it wasn't worth her time. She asked me if the document required a witness and it did. She told me nobody on staff could act as a witness. Typically for a small fee you can get an employee to act as witness. I brought my wife back to act as a witness and another female manager told me it could not be a family member. I should have been informed that before I decided to bring my wife. All throughout both of these experiences I didn't feel like anybody really wanted to perform this free service to a customer. Everybody seem to want to pass the buck. Like most banks they only care about strapping youth service charges.

I like to write only positive reviews when warranted- however my visit at this Tuskawilla Branch last week was quite bothersome. We are long time clients at multiple banks, including Truist- the customer service here is much different.Went to make some deposits- and there was a newer gentlemen in training. I was happy to wait and be patient as he was having issues with their computer system.A teller named Linda pointed at me and said to this gentlemen "I deal with THEM...EVERY WEEK." to give you some context- the gentleman leaned over to me and apologized for her rudeness and said "I'm so sorry for her, Sorry if you heard that."Not sure why doing typical business was so bothersome. We never get treated this way at other banks we use. Take your business elsewhere- We don't expect anything special, but just to be treated with kindness and respect.

Very disappointing experience with attempting to go through Truist's loan processing department. The initial communication process was so slow and then became so untimely that it was borderline unprofessional in my opinion. We even called and left a message with a staff member requesting the branch manager call us and we never heard from that person either. Would not recommend this branch for any of your loan needs.

This is the worst bank.. literally sat in the drive through for 15min then they said i needed to come inside. Use another bank. There's a reason this bank has less then 2 stars. Stay away if they don't know how to treat the customers how do you think they'll treat your money. I'm closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Since the change from Suntrust to Truist the service has been terrible. 40 minute waits at drive through, same for lobby service, not enough staff, untrained staff, overall bad service. Seems like the merger was a cost saving exercise at the expense of service with no thought or care for the customers.

Watta dump! Brought my elderly Mother in to open an account. Place was packed and all FOUR of the seats were taken. After 5 minutes of waiting, some woman comes out, ignores us, and asks the person sitting "What time was your appointment?" Ready to bolt quickly, my Mom loudly asks "Do I need an appointment to open an account?" Woman replies "Yes, but we're fully booked today", turns heel and walks away. Opened our account at Trustco in 15 minutes and treated like GOLD. Go there, they're wonderful.

6 months ago, tried to send money via Zelle and was blocked. Tried to verify with Zelle/ Truist with personal information and ended up locking my account and forcing me to go into the bank personally to verify and unlock my account just because I answered the verification questions too slow.Three days ago, I tried to send money via Zelle online and was blocked and my account was locked again for no apparent reason. Called Zelle/Truist to unlock and again to be verified but this time by sending a code to my cellphone. The code was not able to be sent due to unknown reason and no other verification method available. I was again demanded to go physically into the local bank to get verified. Tried to call local branch and left messages twice with no call back.Terrible customer services and system !!!!!

I am recently Power of Atty for my friend who has banked here for over 25 years . His account had fraudulent activity which really impacted him . Jessica immediately stepped in to help him through this very tough time and did every single thing in her power to help him get everything back on track . She also helped me also go through a difficult time helping me start as his power of atty to get other issues that had come up his finances . She is extremely thoughtful and cares about the customers by going the extra mile . Great employee to have on your team . Thank you .

Came in without an appointment (didn't wait long). My issue was about a large amount refund after months of having my account closed, I was trying to recover it from ClickBank who were adamant about the "Truist Bank" having to issue a check or transfer to one of my other accounts. Calling Truist Bank reps, I kept coming to a dead end, that they don't do this that it would be rejected and sent back to the issuer... So I tried going in person and spoke to Ashlee, Sr Banker at Tuscawilla location, she went beyond by contacting proper channels, to see if by "chance" if it was still posted there and then maybe able to stop it from the next step of being rejected and because of her ingenuity and efficiency of acting right away on this, she confirmed that it was there BUT we now had to wait for the dept. of Truist, that does this to be reached on a timely manner, as to know if they were able to proceed with next step of sending a check or any other option as available to retrieve it (if getting to them before getting rejected)...Surprisingly, Ashlee, called me next day and confirmed I was able to come in and get a check! THANK YOU TRUIST and Ashlee who went the extra mile for customer service even after the fact, I closed my account, I will certainly have you in mind again for any future needs...

I went into the branch to get a cashier's check to pay my rent because the transaction fee for paying by credit card was a no-go for me. The fee to get a cashier's check from my checking account was $10. After I asked what level of checking account would be required to not pay a fee, the branch coordinator asked if I was planning to close my credit card in the future (I wasn't) and helped me upgrade to their Dimension checking account. Normally there would be a $20 monthly maintenance fee, but it's waived because I had a related personal Truist credit card.Walked away with my cashier's check without having a pay a $10 fee, and a smile on my face because I'd be avoiding that fee each month in future. Very grateful to Linda for taking care of my requests in such a timely and friendly manner.

In person they are nice but it is a significant change from SunTrust where it wasn’t necessary to come in person to do my banking. Be prepared for long lines if you don’t come during weird hours. They do not have a working phone number (one that they can answer) and will not return voicemail so don’t bother.

For the last three months you have to wait for up to an hour to talk to anyone on the 1-800 number and I still haven't gotten a correct answer. It is impossible to talk to any bank in the Orlando area because none of them are answering their phones.
