Fantastic folks at this location! The lady at the front desk and their master tech were very honest and straightforward with me about my situation and that is rare to find at any shop. I went in for an alignment on my ford escape and found out that a couple bolts that needed to be removed for the alignment were seized (Their techs showed me photos of the problem bolts and explained what was going on) and that they were afraid of breaking them which would have left my car trapped there until I could get it replaced, they talked to me about options I could do to temporarily get the vehicle on the road before anything else was done. I gave them the okay to do what they could to get it driveable as I was moving and had to get the vehicle to my new place and honestly it exceeded my expectations. I couldnt recommend the Red Bug Lake Rd location enough. Thank you all so very much!

Took my RV Travel Trailer to Tuffy to have them install two new tires on it. They were very helpful and did a great job. Special shout out to Ralph and Logan for their help.

I’ve been bringing my car to Tuffy’s for about four years now, and I can confidently say they’re the most honest and reliable auto shop I’ve ever worked with. Yesterday, I came in last minute for an oil change and tire rotation, and they still managed to get it done before the end of the day.
What really stands out — every time — is their honesty. Many shops will try to upsell you on unnecessary work, but Tuffy’s never does. They mentioned that my car hasn’t had an alignment yet, but instead of pushing me to buy one, they simply checked the tread and confirmed that my tires weren’t wearing unevenly. That kind of straightforward, no-pressure service is why I keep coming back.
Ralph Ramos helped us this time, and he was fantastic — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He even told us about their Christmas toy drive: bring in an unused, unwrapped toy and you’ll receive a discount on your service. A great cause and a thoughtful incentive.
If you need a trustworthy place for auto maintenance, Tuffy’s is it. They’ve earned my loyalty 100%.

Took my truck into Tuffy‘s for a couple of things that needed to be taken care of and I knew it was gonna be long, but I must say the manager TJ kept me informed at all time. With phone calls and texting, letting me know what was going on and the options available. Appreciate their work humanity nice place to go for auto needs.
