This is one of the worst clinics I've ever worked at and I don't make that comment lightly. When I interviewed, before moving down from GA I was lectured about what road took me to the clinic by Dr. Sueros wife Maria. I was asked no questions pertaining to the position and was told the job was mine if I could give them a definite start date or that they would try to hold it for me (I should have run far away then). I got one, gave it to them and informed them I would need a letter of job offer for the rental company as proof of income. Upon my first day and basically since, I received no training. There is no leadership or management, it's all Dr.Suero. I worked at this clinic for almost 4 months. In that time I witnessed Dr. Suero throw tantrum after tantrum of which included calling his receptionist 'incompetent'. I personally had not experienced the full extent of his wrath but have gotten the occasional backhanded compliment or snarky comment including yesterday where he told me to get away from him when I asked if there was anything I could do to help. I've witnessed him yell at clients in the lobby in front of others, and belittle his entire staff. I quit today after being told by both him and his wife that they were taking my two week notice personal and that I owe them for being able to rent my house because of the offer letter that I had to pull teeth to get. I will definitely say that the bullying and pettiness from the lead receptionist and Dr. Suero had ramped up since I put in my notice last Tuesday and I refuse to deal with it. For a clinic that is so obsessed with bad publicity, they aren't doing anything to fix the issues. Off to bigger and better things. It's not all bad though, Dr.C, Stephanie, Kaylee, Kyle, Angela, Josh, Sarah and Amy have been great to work with and I wish them the best.

Dr suero actually houses one of his elderly greyhounds in the facility, never taking him home or giving him basic love and nurturing. Constantly in a kennel almost like dog jail. But don't worry if you are boarding your dogs they will have the amazing company of cockroaches and ants to sleep with.

My first impression was very clean! Staff was really nice welcoming to be there my first time using them the veterinarian I was using for 25+ years didn't even care to call me I made several calls to them. I called Tuscawilla Animal Hospital they knew I needed to be seen right away they never hesitated she told me to come right now. My precious Shirley needed A hysterectomy of which they did the next morning I was told she was bad and the out come would of been very bad if she didn't get her surgery when she did. I am forever grateful to all the doctors and staff as I wasn't treated good at my other vet's. Frances S.

Unfortunately this office is just a money scam. You drop your pet off excepting one thing but they call you and keep adding other services and if you don't agree they will not take care of your pet. There are many other clinics that will love your pet and you and not expect a fortune for payment. Definitely will not be grooming or seeing this veterinarian in the future. A grooming cost our family around $400 today.

We like the how the doctor takes a genuine interest in our dog. He is very assessable also if you need him. Also like the TLC that the techs give to our dog. Fair prices also. Excellent animal hospital which you can trust with your animal!

We moved here last summer and brought our dog here when she developed an infection and had bad allergies. The Doctor and care staff were friendly and helpful and were kind to our dog. Overall I found the experience pleasant and will be back for our next routine exam and vaccines.

Dr. Suero and his team are so invested in our fur family, I will never trust another vet with my animals. When we thought it was over for our senior hound, he gave us the science and THEN believed for a miracle! To avoid radiation or surgery, he developed a creative plan for meds and a miracle is was we received! The Lord has blessed this office and everyone who enters. Thank you for giving us our hound back, 13 years young!

I went in to ask questions regarding care and policy. The lady at the front desk was so rude that I was embarrassed and left immediately.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They've taken zero accountability over not only losing Link, but haven't spoken to the owner since the night he disappeared saying "these things happen." After Links story got out they have limited who can comment or see their social media pages and deleted all negative reviews. They review responses from this hospital also say "they let go of the leash" when in fact, Link was brought out on a temporary leash, without a collar and was not supposed to be brought out AT ALL. Dr. Suero and this office not only owe Links owner a HUGE apology, they also owe it to their future clients to not only put up a gate if they wish to take the animals outside BUT to make sure they're leashed and have the owners permission to take them out beforehand.

I've been taking my pup, Abby here for years, she turned 20 in May and has gone here for a large portion of her life. In general, I've had a good experience here with little issues. I've always been able to get my pet in here when needed without a lengthy wait to get a an appointment. As some other reviewers noted, its not always the same vet that you see, but the Veterinarians that I have seen at this practice have seemed capable and genuinely focused on the health of my pup. The office is nicely set up.There is an entrance for the vet and another for the grooming - even though those entrances come into the same main room on opposite sides of the reception desk, it is nice that they enter separately to keep grooming pets away from potentially sick pets. I have not really used their grooming service, so I cannot provide feedback on that, but I have been to the vet service many times. In addition there are also separate waiting areas for dogs and cats - which is super convenient since some animals are not so neutral to one another. The cat area is sufficiently out of the way of the dog area so that they are separated. The waiting area has enough space that a few people could sit with there pets and still be well distances - a necessity in this pandemic! This last visit was for bloodwork for my pet who was on medication in her last months that needed to be monitored. The vet was completely booked, but they were able to ensure an appointment where a technician could take care of the bloodwork. When I arrived, I sat for a only. A few minutes before the tech came to get Abby, she took her back to draw blood and about 5 minutes later we were all set and out the door on the way home Simple and easy. My experience with medications has been simple here too; I've been able to call them when my pup was low and they get the vet to review and re-subscribe usually by the end of the day for us to stop by and pick up. In general, very convenient and good care for my animal.

THIS VET LOST MY DOG. -Tuskawilla Animal Hospital brought Link outside (unfenced area) without a proper collar and leash on. He wiggled free from the vet because he was not properly strapped to anything. -Link ran from the vet at 10:15 AM. I have ring camera footage showing Link already way into the wooded area and the 1-2 members of staff WALKING to figure out what happened. He was already long gone and not in sight, so he would have not been spooked, as some claim. -I was not notified of his disappearance until over a full hour later (11:17 AM). -On said phone call, the vet (Dr. Suero) told me there was no reason why he should have been outside and that was a mistake, as he was there for a bath / flu shot. -While out looking for Link, the vet called his staff (~12:00 PM) requesting that they stop looking and return to the office. One employee of the vet expressed to me that he (Suero) would fire them if they didn't return. -The vet (Suero) called me one final time (never heard from him again, not even when Link was found) at 6:33 PM saying, "These situations happen..." - I hung up. -Tuskawilla Animal Hospital did not post any flyers or signs until 27 hours after his disappearance. They also did not post on their social media until I commented on their page forcing it. -Link was found covered in 25-30 mosquito / fire ant bites. The fur on his ears was rubbed down. He partly ripped one finger nail and had several belly scratches. Not to mention, the severe trauma from enduring hours of thunderstorms outside by himself. -After Link was found, Tuskawilla Animal Hospital did not offer the reward to the good citizens who found him, nor did the vet (Suero) call me personally. We have not spoken since his initial disappearance. All lost posts were deleted on their social media.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!!! After losing countless animals while in their care, this practice has YET to fence in their yard. More recently, they lost a dog who was there for a bath/flu shot. Apparently, his leash was let go of while outside (why even outside) and footage shows 2 employees strolling with no sense of urgency to find the escaped dog. Employees were then threatened by Dr. Suero that they would be fired if they continued to search for the dog and advised they return to the office. The office took over an hour to inform the dog's owner of the escape, and over 24 hours to respond or make any efforts to mediate the situation and assist in further searching. Then, they posted offering a reward-THE DOG IS FOUND AND THE OFFICE HAS YET TO RESPOND OR UPHOLD THE REWARD OFFERED. Nor have they at very least, reached out to the family to apologize or offer any compensation. This practice is known for its crooked lack of values, respect and professionalism. They should be shut down. Spare your animal and yourself!

They literally lost a friend's dog outside when it was in their care, did nothing about it, and said it was just an unfortunate accident. If you care about your pet please protect its wellbeing by avoiding it at all costs

BEWARE!!!!!!! Do NOT take your pet to this animal hospital if you care for their safety and health!!!! I brought my dog in who was having his first seizure. I was beside myself, bawling my eyes out while he seized in my arms, and the one person at the front desk causally asked me to fill out paperwork while still holding my dog. Finally after 3 or 4 minutes a nurse tech came out and took him. I sat in the waiting room crying, they came out 15 minutes later saying he was having seizures, he had lost control of his bowels, and they had given him the equivalent to Benadryl to "calm him" but I needed to take him somewhere else because they were closing. Today, they "lost" a friends dog - they had the puppy out on a leash and he "wiggled" out and is now missing. PRAYING he gets found safe. But if they literally can LOSE a pet, why would you EVER take your pet here?!?! STAY AWAY
