I’ve been going to The UPS Store #4372 on Tree Swallow Dr in Winter Springs for years now, and it’s hands-down one of the best-run businesses I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, familiar faces—many of the staff have been there for a long time, and it really feels like they care about the people they serve.
Over the years, I’ve come here for all kinds of things—from sending out USPS packages and returning big online orders, to getting background check paperwork done on their kiosk and handling other random errands. Every single time, they’ve made the process easy, quick, and pleasant. The store is always super clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re in and out of places like this regularly.
This location has truly become my go-to spot, and I always know I’m in good hands when I stop by. Thank you to the whole team for consistently going above and beyond
