Best UPS in the Orlando area easily. I frequent this UPS to print 40-60 pages at 11x17 every few days for projects, and not once did they raise the price on me. The manager is very friendly and helpful, and the store is safe and clean. If you need UPS services in Orlando, I highly recommend using this location!

Absolutely excellent customer service The only UPS store I go to far superior to all others. The store was slammed I had a million Amazon returns and the owner of the store took care of me with a smile and apologized that it took so long. Imagine that. Here I am thinking I'm the bad guy bringing all these returns. If you live in this area this is the only UPS store to go to.

Disappointed by a non customer service based owner. It's the holiday season and you are upset when people have their own packaging stuff and have to take thirty seconds to place in a box in your store. Loved even better that you tried charging a couple 10+ bucks for a box and two strips of tape to seal. Go to the UPS store in Oviedo. At least there they don't nickel and dime you for a nickel piece of tape. Not do they charge you to use the computer to print the label they just charge you for the page print.

Location is very convenient. The staff is always friendly, cordial, helpful and professional. The store is always very neat and clean. The variety of services offered are wonderful.My husband and I have been using this location for many years. We do miss the homey touch the UPS Store had and we REALLY miss being able to purchase greeting cards there.Customers always love a place that you can go to and feel that welcoming homey feeling.

The owner of the store is so rude!!! Upon receiving a package that my father had sent, they told me that my name wasn’t on it. I am not even sure how they created a label at a UPS store without my name being on it but I tried to listen and be understanding but the owner approached me with extreme anger and was very rude to me. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and apologize, he continued to argue and even kicked me out of the store when I had to drop off a package from Amazon. I wasn’t being disrespectful and didn’t even raise my voice.As a customer, I was shocked and disappointed by the owner's behavior. I informed the owner that I would be filing a complaint with UPS, he was so sure that nothing will get done about it that he proudly handed me his business card. I called UPS and explained what happened then I was pleased to learn that UPS treated my complaint as an urgent matter.It is important to note that, regardless of whether or not someone is the owner of a store, it is never okay to yell at customers or kick them out for no reason. Even if someone has done something wrong you can explain to them the mistake but yelling, arguing and kicking customers out is extremely inappropriate. Other reviewers have also mentioned issues with the attitude of staff at this location, which is a serious concern that needs to be addressed.

Wow I was simply blown away by the service and care I received while shipping my tv remote to a buyer in ecuador. I still remember how quickly they called to let me know that alien technology can’t be shipped UPS ground, and how diligently they helped me switch to 3-day select shipping. I also appreciate the great selection of tape and packing materials readily available in case I forgot something.

I was greeted by Neil when I walked in. He was helping another customer while getting info from me. He was courteous, efficient and professional! I appreciated that, especially after a bad experience with the Spectrum store earlier. Thank-you Neil; you've made my day!

I’ve used various UPS Stoee locations over the past 10 years in various states, and this location by far has the nicest staff, they are friendly, someone always says hello when I walk in, they are courteous, even sometimes call me when packages arrive for me! Even at their busiest during the holidays, they all are very pleasant and have smiles even though you know they are working their tails off! Cannot recommend this UPS Store location on Tree Swallow Drive strongly enoigh!

The man who was behind the counter was rude and very unprofessional. He had been on the phone while I waited for him to get off- easily 5 mins. Arguing about a package that wasn’t delivered as promised. I understand he was the only one working so I waited… and waited.I asked for help on returning something to Amazon because I’d never done it before and you’d think I asked him to be my baby daddy! He was NOT helpful at all, told me he couldn’t help me and waited on the guy behind me!! I finally figured it out while I was waiting for him to finish helping the guy who came in after me.He lost my business forever.Your customer service is appalling.THIS IS A RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS ANSWER:I had the correct store. I also have my receipt .The person I dealt with is:employee number - 167978 ,Date - Feb 16, 2022Time - 9:11 am.Still think I’m wrong??!I tried calling your store - using the number YOU provided and it was busy for 12 minutes. Really??
