I’ve had positive experiences with the employees and service at this store. I typically come here to send back Amazon returns and the staff on multiple occasions are able to simultaneously help with processing my returns while sometimes beginning to help another customer. This is efficient and helps reduce customer wait time. I have used this specific store for many years and their speedy consistent service is why I am a returning customer. People writing negative reviews should take time to remember sometimes one off occurrences are going to happen (it happens at any place of business). I am confident shipping items using this store and dropping off Amazon returns. Keep up the good work!

I drove 40 MINUTES from my home to come to this UPS store because it was the only one still opened until 5pm. I went there at 4:53pm but the door was locked and the cage inside was down. I was confused because Google Maps and UPS site stated they closed at 5pm. I would have waited to go to a nearby UPS store on another day, but I had an emergency shipment!!
I saw a UPS employee walking outside of the store. He had on prescription glasses and told me that they closed early at 4pm today and that Google maps has not been updated. I was very confused by this and upset; I even told this employee I drove 40 minutes to get there for UPS to close earlier than what’s posted on their site.
After driving off I decided to re-check the UPS site again for this store, which confirmed that the store indeed closed at 5pm.
I then called this VERY SAME store, and a man picked up. I think it was the same guy that had closed and locked down the store. I asked him if they are open and he said “yes, until 5pm”. I then told him I am the same person he lied to earlier about the store closing. He then tried to say he changed his mind and decided to open the store again after I left. By then it was 5pm and he said he can wait for me to come back BUT I decided not to, because if he is able to lie and be shady, then I do not want to have him process my items.
This happened today (12/22/24). Keep in mind I drove 1 hour and 20-minute total commute (40 minutes to go and 40 minutes to drive back). For me to take the time to head to this store and have this experience; is unacceptable. I do plan on getting this to the corporate office.

What part of fragile don’t y’all understand? This is the second time this happens after dropping off at this location. I’m not sure what is going on behind the scenes while in transit in these facilities or what kind of people UPS is hiring to handle packages but at the end of the day all of UPS needs to get it together. This shouldn’t be happening. I label my packages as “fragile” when shipping obviously fragile items just to be on the safe side. I have provided before and after photos of what happened to this package. This is absolutely DISGUSTING AND HORRIFIC. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better UPS!

The GPS location is wrong. It brings you to the Orange Theory gym, and the UPS store is on the left of the gym.
Otherwise, the service person was nice, greeted me when I walked in, and helped me to tape my package because I forgot my tape at home.

I had to return a textbook and the staff member, Vik, was very helpful! He helped me save money by referring a cheaper packaging. I was in and out in 5 minutes with one other person in front of me. The store is in between the First Watch and Cleaners store.

The fat guy is a desgrase, have no customer service skill. Make sure tell lots of customers. I dam if I go to that store again
